Now to do the basic salsa step you step backward on one with your left foot and a step pause and step back to where you were on counts 3, 4 then you step forward on 5,6 step back to where you on 7 and 8 count."

Kharn nods once concetrating on Elenas words. "Alright, I think I understand. Lets try." Kharn starts to count "Left back one, step and ste-" He stops. " Wait I made a mistake, it's a step pause or something, right?"

Kharn takes a deep breath and tries again. "Left back one,step, pause,step back, forward step,5,6 back 7,8." He smiles. "How's that?"

She followed his steps and nods in approval. "Very good, needs a little working but otherwise very well done. I'm proud." Elena smiles and gets out of Kharn's grasp to watch his feet better. "Keep doing the steps and I'll watch your feet."

Elena nods approvingly. "Very good, I see you're getting more confident as you do it. That's very good. Now there's the two step one where it's an extra step on the heel instead of a pause."

Elena moves forward does a two step on the balls of her feet. "You do what I just did on your heel, it's a quick step so be warned it'll be harder."

Kharn nods and takes a deep breath. Concentrating he tries to do it but stumbles. Blushing he shakes his head and tries it again a few more times before he starts to execute the manouver successfully. He grins. "That was pretty tough."

Kharn smiles and nods looking around sniffing. He heads to a small sink and fills two glasses and fills them bringing them back he offers one to Elena. "You must be thirsty also."

She smiles taking the glass. "Not really but thank you" Elena took a sip from the glass. "Are you having fun with these lessons? Not too hard I hope"
