Before his opponent could launch his oncoming attack, Oblivion disrupted it by firing his previously prepared Psionic Pulse at his target, it's intention is to maim, not kill. How could he know where his target was through the thick smog? Oblivion could sense the presence of sentient life. Oblivion contains no organics within him. He communicates via telepathy.

while charging, his battle instincts kick in .He stops the charging and makes a side step ,but unable to do it quick enough ,he gets hit by a pulse like attack on his deltoid ,although non fatal and only grazed much of his skin,it prevented him from completing charging up if I was a moment late ,i would have 5 days of regeneration to do with my arm. shortly ,after recovering from a non fatal injury ,He uses his Copy/Trace ability and creates an almost identical pulse attack, albeit weaker in terms of damage and blasts it in the same direction where the pulse came from .He recharges his 6 dark flares and imbues and imbues one dark flare in his blade to tag and trigger the Dark flare upon contact in preparation for full counter attack.

Oblivion senses that a Psionic Pulse had been reflected back towards him. Impressive. As the Psionic Pulse collides with the shield a blinding burst of white light, flashes forth and illuminates the room, a deafening screech is heard as it echoes throughout the building. The Psionic Pulse had just passed through a "filtration" system and was now under the control of Oblivion once again, using his enemies energy and turning it into his own, he adds a bit more power to it before sending it back faster than before. Having once been his enemies energy, the Psionic Pulse would ignore any attempts of another Psionic Projectile to collide with it. This pulses intention was to mutilate it's target, upon impact it would infect the intended target with an electric shock of about 950,000V (Top grade Legal stun gun power.)

Oblivion then lifts himself off of his throne, upon doing so, the Vector shield breaks the throne down into dust, slicing it countless times until it is lost within the smog that surrounds Oblivion. Shutting his eyes, he then lifts his arms out to his sides, and when they open a large concussive blast forces the black smog from the room, shattering the window glass, allowing new air and light to breach the room.

Oblivion turns his attention towards floating orbs. Obviously a prepared attack set by his enemy, he lifts his arms once more as he surrounds each "flare" with a vector shield. Squeezing them into the space of a single atom before the unstable charge rips itself apart.

Oblivion then rests his arms to his side.

He skillfully dodges the oncoming Psionic pulse ,which completely shatters the wall behind him.afterwards he uses umbra to block his adversaries vision temporarily.
seeing his flares gone, he instead gathers the scattered energy from the flares and lets the last flare imbued in his blade to absorb the energy supercharging it with blasts similar to a bunker buster missile.
then Solomon uses void phase to completely disappear ,enabling him to lose all presence and to pass through physical object .
and while in void phase, he creates three clones and lunges for a pincer attack.

Use of Porting/phasing; probably the rule that is neglected the most out of the rest by those who use methods of teleportation and movement in combat for sheer convenience for their lives. When using a portal of any sort for a mid-battle maneuver that involves the teleportation of your characters body, and then proceeding to attack in the same post is a violation of this rule. And depending on the type of portal may even require preparation through links to magic and planar modification.

No Super Reaction & Reflex Time; the unexplainable method of having super reaction and reflex times to avoid unseen attacks. Attacks that happen in a near instant in most circumstances are unavoidable once prepared / executed depending on their method and preparation. The rule applies to being attack from behind when carrying a hefty weapon, say a 150 lbs. sword. There's no possible way your character can realize / sense the attack, let their brain notify the correct nerves, physically move the body and position the sword to defend against the characters attack. That example was for physical attacks only, anything energy based would more than likely break through or corrode or simply ignore and target the character itself.

These rules have been violated, as this is not a serious T1 match, I will allow you to go into further detail as to how you:

- dodged something you couldn't see or sense while being blinded by the light emitted and deafened by the loud screech.

- Phased out of linear existence as well as multiplied yourself and attacked on the same turn.

As to how i dodged ,prolly the same reason just like the first psionic pulse ,a body retained ability called Battle instinct , description goes:it acts like foresight , this ability pushes his bodies reflexes to its peak to avoid scenarios that would kill, fatally injure

second one prolly something similar to spatial distortion and instead of teleport its sort of a cloaking skill that hides its user and what he does .like a mirror box where you can see them when you're inside it but they cant from the outside ,the only added effect is an extrasensory blind
