"Kittie!" She smiles, "I see you finally woke up out of your trance. Where have you been?" Then she stops talking for a second. "Oh, if you want to come back here and do the dishes in the sink that would be great. There's also some cups on the counter here that I haven't cleard off yet."

:: Dohntay dismisses Sugars leaving, not saying he was over joyed but it was obvious to anyone who had eyes. He turned and looked at Kittie. :: You need help on how to make cupboards.

"Oh, I was just wandering about outside. Then decided to come back in." She still looked a bit dazed and tried to shake it off. Smiling she replied, "Of course, I could." She snatched the cups from the counter and started to head back to the sink when she heard Dohntay. Turning her head to look back at him she gave him a quizzical glance. "Cupboards?"

Usukie giggled at Dohntays comment. It was wierd. She hardly ever giggles. It sounded a bit creepy as well. As though something old and evil was dying to get out of her. Yhen she stoped and just snickerd at the comment instead.
"I told Dohntay about that cupboard you made about a year ago. Remember? It has all your snacks in it."

"Snacks?" She started staring off into space again then smacked her forehead with her free hand. "Shoot! Marshmallows!" She looked like she was going to cave. "Oh, right, dishes. On it. Marshmallows can wait." Her face was completely flustered as she rummaged around for a sponge and soap then began scrubbing.

Usu blinked, a bit puzzled with how Kittie was acting. "Yeah..I'll do those. Just set them in the sink. Is something bothering you?"

:: Dohntay sorta laughed. The activity seemed forced. :: Where the heck is that wood shipment? :: No sooner than he spoke the boy came running into the store a flustered look on his face. Dohntay walked over to the boy and smacked him hard on the back. :: Good job son. :: He slaps a pretty hearty amount of money into the boys hand. :: I'd suggest you take that money and have a really good time, son. Now go on boy! :: Dohntay was positive that the ammount of money he placed in the young mans hand was going to be so tempting not to spend there was no way he was going back to work today, if ever. That was exactly what he wanted.:: Ahh.. time to start building furniture. :: Dohntay starts wandering in and out of the front door bringing tools and such up and down the stairs. ::

"What?" She paused in the middle of rinsing out a cup. "Oh. I...I don't know. I thought I'd send a little nudge to Sapphire. You know, just to say 'hi,' but I can't sense him. I'm sure he's fine. I'm just wondering where he went. That's all."

Usu looked from dohntay to Kittie about a dozen times before she decided enough was enough. She finally just stayed talking to Kittie till he was done working. "I'm sure he's fine. I haven't seen him arround but if I know Sapphire, he'll come here sooner or later."

A bit of her stress seemed to melt away at Usukie's words. "I'm sure you're right." She smiled with a bit of confidence. Sapphire had always been there for her and there had been the occasional times when she couldn't feel him. She nodded her head decisively. He was fine. "So, how have things been going while I was away?" she asked, her voice cheerful and bright.

Usu looked down at her feet, "a little bit quiet. but it's picking back up. I think it's because I told P-chan to cross out the words Demons only on the bars sign." She then looked up and smiled for no reason at all.

:: Dohntay came down stairs with an ornate cupboard in his hands. It was painted black, read and white with a metal gold trim layed on the edges. He walked over to the old and nearly broken cupboard and set it next to it, opening both cupboards he starts to move the items inside the old cupboard to the new cupboard. When finished he took the old cupboard and threw it outside. ::

"Oh, he's where he usually is. In his little hay bed in the rafters. He's got quite a collection of items up there now." She jumps up on the counter, sits down, and throws the rag under the counter. "I had him working with Teisei here. He actually did something. But I had to give him one of my shiny gold pieces to do it."
She looks at Dohntay after saying that. "Oh, how cool looking. What are you going to.." She stops herself because he got up and threw the old one outside. "Ok, so now there's wood out infront of the store."

Someone, will use it eventually. It's not half as much wood as what I put in the empty room next to mine. That and the tools, and the extra paint. I'm sure someother people will need it eventually. :: Dohntay walked over to the bar and sat down. Could I get another drink, hun? :: He turns and looks to Kittie. :: I hope I spelled your name right on the cupboard.
