Try this one:
It started way back in third grade. I used to sit beside Emmylou Hayes A pink dress, a matching bow, and her pony tail. She kissed me on the school bus, but told me not to tell Next day I chased her round the playground Across the monkey bars, to the merry-go-round And Emmylou got caught passing me a note Before the teacher took it, I read what she wrote.
Do you love me, do you wanna be my friend? And if you do, well then don't be afraid to take me by the hand If you want to. I think this is how love goes, ...

"Check Yes or No" by George Strait I heart that song, it's so great. biggrin
Here's one:
She reached across the table and placed it in his hand And said, "You know this isn't easy for me" As he thought about the new car, the house and the land And wondered what that bottom line would be. And a thousand other things that she'd want him to leave behind But he never dreamed he'd open up that napkin and find

Okay! It's a song that was released in 2003, and it was thought that the singer was going to be a one-hit wonder because of this song, but recently he's made a huge comeback, with several #1's now. biggrin Hope that helps!
Here's the first verse:
He said, "Just think it over, and write me a list "So we can figure out what we both deserve." She hardly could believe it, that their love had come to this Dividing and deciding his and hers. But she grabbed a paper napkin, and asked the waitress for a pen. And one by one, she wrote down what she wanted most from him.

Wanted - Alan Jackson
What a rotten day this turned out to be I can't believe that she'd leave so easily She just got all her things, threw them into a pile Then she loaded her car and said, after a while She'd done this before, but this time she didn't cry

I was standing at the counter I was waiting for the change When I heard that old familiar music start It was like a lighted match Had been tossed into my soul It was like a dam had broken in my heart

The Song Remebers When - Trisha Yearwood
I yelled and asked if you would like a ride When we pulled out of your yard I bald a tire You was laughing at me, I was doing James Dean You was the prettiest girl I'd ever seen When you rolled your eyes and twirled my pink fur dice

X's and O's - Trisha Yearwood
Every Friday night there's a steady cloud of dust Headed to a field full of pickup trucks Got ol Hank crankin' way up loud Coolers in the back, tailgates down There's a big fire burnin' but don't be alarmed

Down On The Farm - Tim McGraw
Barefoot in the bed of your truck, On a blanket lookin' up. Half a moon peekin' down at us, From underneath the clouds. Teenage kids sneakin' out again... I heard the thunder rollin' in. We were fallin' the moment when, It all came pourin' down.
