Talia didn't want to bring it up yet but she knew they would have to discuss it at some point and she decided to just get it over with. "I won't be around for that long if I stay human."

Yakov kissed just behind Jeff's ear. "I promise not to bleed to death."

Katrina marched Ally and their piles of food and drink down to Holly and Kyles room. She knocked before waltzing in. She set down a large pile of candy bars and plenty of cans of soda. "Holly some of these are for you too dear. I know we haven't gotten a lot to eat lately."

Yakov snuggled happily against Jeff. "It's not really your fault that you pretty much just existing makes me want to pounce." His hand trailed down Jeff's chest and abdomen and started playing a little lower.

Jeff closed his eyes and moaned softly, "Yakov..."

"Mom?! Did I have the chicken pox? I don't want to melt into a puddle of goo?!" Kyle looked frightened. Katrina looked at Holly, "You didn't...Kyle thats just an old wives tale! Don't believe everything she says, they used to tell the young wolves-to-be in my old pack those stories to scare em away.

Jeff moaned again. "Mmmm alright..."

Katrina smiled. "Alright, Well I need to drop some food off with the boys before they die of forgetting to eat." She kissed Kyles forehead and patted his shoulder. "You need anything don't hesitate to call." She booted Ally out and quickly followed him out of the door down to Jeff and Yakovs room. She knocked loudly. "Boys! I'm giving you five seconds to be decent before I open the door!"

Yakov growled and then grabbed a blanket and threw it over them.

Jeff grumbled as the door opened and Katrina bustled in. "You guys can ******** later, which neither of your should be doing right now since Yakov has open wounds on his legs and Jeff, your body has gone through Hell and back in the last couple of days. Have either of you eaten anything in the last three days?" Jeff shook his head.
Katrina grabbed a handful of their treats from Ally's arms and threw them on the bed. "Eat, and drink."

Yakov laughed. "Yes ma'am." He tore open a package of chips and basically shoved every single one into his mouth at once.
