Jeff would duck the clothesline, now in full comeback mode. He’d run to the ropes and come back at Joe full speed attempting a clothesline of his own!

Jeff then ran past Joe at full speed and scaled the turnbuckle in front of him, attempt yet another Whisper in the Wind! The first two he failed but the thirds time the charm as they say!
