One of my very favorite bands is playing tonight in my city, but it's sold out and now I'm not able to go. gonk
So has anyone else really looked forward to something lately and been let down at the last minute?
Yes, a very important phone call with good news... But it had bad news...O.o;

Zetan Happy Hangover Day, everyone! Now, off to my 11AM Physics lab to see how many people actually make it there. Note: I'm not pushing the "all irish are alchoholics" stereotype... I'm pushing the "most college students drink a lot, especially when they're given a holiday where it's practically expected" stereotype... which is a true one.

maggie_mae oof. geebus that sucks. it's unlikely that they LOST your blood. it sounds like you clot really quickly, which is normally a *wonderful* thing. but when trying to draw a sample it can be bad because, well, you know. it clotted during the collection. it's also possible for blood to clot in the collection tube if whatever chemical is there isn't mixed in quickly enough, or is shaken too much. blood is weird stuff.
i'm sorry they poked you repeatedly. *hug*
Actually, I think my great fear of medical needles has been toned down a bit due to that... I'm still afraid of needles as a whole though gonk
