Chest/Tricep examples... Press Ups Dumbbell/Barbell Chest Press
Back/Bicep examples... Chin-Ups Latt Pulldown Dumbbell Single Arm Row
Shoulder examples... Dumbbell Shoulder Press

I've no idea what number, I am on, at this point...
"All Dips" was eleven, and still is... As for twelve... Biking, I guess. I mean, I already mentioned it... but, not as a favourite.

hmm... when I don't have any weights around i do push-ups, dips, sit-ups, squats, bicycles, leg-lifts, and reverse crunches for a kind of all-around type of workout. Ha, no body probably gonna read this cause it looks like a dead post. rolleyes

Well with a renewed focus on my striking (primarily my boxing) ... I've been starting to use (and like) the double-ended striking bag ...

Not the order of how I do it, just the number of how many things I really enjoy working on ...
1. Stretches ... Loads of stretches ... (Twice Daily)
2. Rolling drills ...
3. Shadow boxing, foot work, and heavy bag drills ...
4 . Squats ... Loads of squats, frog leaps, and lunges ... Gotta have that Marcelo leg strength ... (weighted vest)
5. Reverse Pyramid Push ups ... (weighted vest)
6. Hit the weights, and kettle bells ...
7. Jogging ... (layered clothing)
