He shrugged.
"I doubt the Aastaians will get into much uproar. They'll embrace it just the way they do everything else. As for your guys. ******** knows. It has nothing to do with them."
"Your teleport is ready. We also have a team ready to repair the second ship." The Elder said with a 'gtfo' tone.

"My thoughts exactly." Marcus shrugged as well and looked at the Elder. "Thanks for not killing me, since I'm sure Tika would have defended himself quite well. And thank you for the teleport and.. did you just say you're sending a team to repair my ship?" Mark suddenly grinned at the Elder, extremely grateful.

"Yes. I did." And with a wave of his hand, the boys and Charon and Ocarina were teleported instantaneously back to the Nostalgia. The repair team were on board the Pegasus II, and oddly enough, the scheduled slot for the Pegasus II at the shipyard had now been mysteriously wiped from it's database.
"Well. That was a rather rude goodbye." Tika said with distaste.
For someone who'd found out that his entire species' evolution had been down to some sort of God complex, he was taking things rather well.

"I'll say... " Mark said as he looked around and realized he was in the Nostalgia. "So um... we keep this secret to our graves right? Suit, disengage from host. 'bout time I took this off." Mark picked up the block when the suit had completely removed itself from Mark's body and forming into its original solid block state.

"We will, yes. At least as far as Aastaium is concerned. I have every intention, however, to tell the folks back home."
'Home'. How that word had changed for him in recent years.
"We've finished the repairs." The comms suddenly sprang to life, odd considering the Nostalgia was largely powered down. "We used a chronal resynchronisation to effect the repairs. We're going now."
And they were gone.
"..." Tika shrugged.
"So they persuaded the damaged areas to travel back in time. That's what you get for eighty million years of development. I bet they have some means of temporal excursions, too."

"Well ********> Mark said impressed yet knowing he shouldn't be surprised considering what Tika had just said. He set the block down somewhere and stretched his arms. "Well I guess Charon now has a lovely home and I think I'm going to get on me ship. Ocarina, think you can give me a 'lift' and teleport me to the P-II?"
"P-II? You mean the Pegasus? Yeah, I'll put you through." Ocarina muttered as if he were bored. Soon enough, Mark was teleported from the Nostalgia and to the Pegasus II.
Tika shook his head slightly and walked to the front of the bridge, taking a seat at the command. "Ocarina contact Charon and prepare a synch jump to Gaia with the Pegasus II."
About the same time that Tika gave that command, Marcus had been teleported to the Pegasus and was walking towards the Captain's seat. He felt goosebumps all over, knowing the ship was entirely empty, save for him and Charon. "Charon prepare a synch jump, Ocarina is going to run you through it."
"And how would you know that? You just got here." Charon's voice echoed through the bridge as she appeared beside the Captain's chair. But before Marcus could answer, Charon got Ocarina's call.
"Charon, don't worry I got the Pegasus ready for you. You're all set." Ocarina said, quite pleased.
Mark smirked and sat down at his chair, "Thank you, Ocarina. Tika, you ready?" He waited for Tika's response, but he could of sworn all he got was a mumble of somewhere along the lines of 'This is taking far too long' and 'Get it over with, already'.
And before Mark could confirm the jump, Tika had done so and either ship's engines roared. The Nostalgia powered up with all its glory, as the Pegasus simply whined and hummed. Soon enough, both of the ship's d-engines synchronized and were ripped from Tika's reality.
The End? O_O
(Permission to use Tika and Ocarina given. Hoped that wasn't too ******** lame o_O)
