Ara stood, moving to stand in the group that had formed around the captain. She noticed the articles of the ship on the table and read over them. “If these be all the articles, I’d like to join your crew.” She said to the captain, taking the quill and scratching her name on the list. She grabbed one of the mugs of rum that sat on the table for the crew.

Rachel grumbled softly, she was slightly jelous that that Captain would share an enjoyable night with her, then start flirting with a stranger who was probably going to join the Dementia. But Rachel wouldn't let jelousy get the best of her, she hummed softly trying to think og other things. It was obvious that what Katherine was doing was getting to her, and her attempts to hide it only made it more noticeable.

Aurora entered the tavern reluctantly at first, but then more casually as she neared a quiet table towards a back wall. Sitting away from her captain and the loudness that seemed to hover in that general area, the woman rubbed her head. So much work and effort to no clear avail. Gabriella, herself and a few others had managed to escape, but what happened to the others? Had Aurora lost the only closest people she had to her? Sighing, the woman proped her head up with her hands, keeping her elboes on the tabletop.
Yellow colored eyes looked out towards a few barmaids and Aurora Flynn could not help but crack a smile. So many years of her life had been taken up with the same meaningless tasks. It seemed there was never enough doubloons to cover the amount of pinches to the rear or lude comments. Laughing lightly at the thought, the woman began to hum and think quietly to herself of her early life as a pirate. What had her life truly become?

Katherine outwardly ignored the almost inaudible grumbling from rachel, though she was smirking triumphantly inside. She had just adjsuted her position to almost be sitting in Pharlux's lap when an oddly pale haired woman strode up and perused the articles. Katherine quirked a brow at the instant offer to join her crew, wondering if it was purely the drinks that were drawing so many this evening.
With a shrug, Katherine called for another barmaid to bring more ale, in the hopes that the rest of the night would be just as lucrative in refilling the Dementia's ranks. She then turned back to the man she was hanging off and turned the charm on full blast.
"So tell me, Pharlux, is that the land of the scotts I hear on your voice?"

Rachel grumbled louder, and sent multiple glares to Katherine. The bar wench finally brought her the bottle of rum she had ordered, she threw a few coins to the woman and started to drink. She hoped that the rum could drown out her obvious jelousy, if not she would at least get drunk enough to forget what was happening.

Pharlux was deeply surprised to see this buxom woman put her arm around him so boldly; so, imagine his surpise when she went and sat on his lap! The expression was clear on his face, though it subsided quickly with a few downed gulps of whatever drink was in front of him.
She then called for more drinks, and that gave him a lopsided grin, making him look a bit goofy and gay (happy wise, that is).
"Aye, that be what ye hearin', miss," he said with a nod, looking quite proud of his heritage. "There be many a great things in Scottland," he paused, looking to and fro before whispering in Katherine's ear his version of a secret.
"Some even say that be where the dragon kind originated from."

Ara grinned, she hadn’t been turned away from joining the ship, that was a step. She moved aside so that others would have room to talk or even more to look over the articles. She frowned down at the drink she’d picked up and rarely drank from it. She wasn’t going to wonder off to the ship or roam the city, she planned on learning what she could about the captain while she could. Joining without much as a word on her behalf wasn’t the best move but she hadn’t been turned away. She stayed close to the group of pirates as they talked, hopping to learn what she could.

Gabriella looked around, and instantly noticed Katherine up to her old antics. She also noticed a rather disgruntled looking Rachel, "Hmm, what got her so angry?" Gabriella said softly to herself, it wasn't like Rachel to have a bottle of Rum stuck in her face with such a sour look on her face. She walked towards Katherine and Rachel with a smile on her face.
"Well look who old Davey Jones dragged in!" she called to the two, she laughed softly and grinned at the two. She noticed that there were a few others around the table, reading something on the table. Seems like Katherine was recruiting some more dirty little deckswabbers. Gabriella then went to Rachel and pulled the bottle out of her mouth, "Get some sence, you want to become a blathering drunk?"

Ducking into the nearest building, Shun took a quick glance outside to make sure he wasn't being chased or anything like that. Seeing no one that seemed to be angry or running at him, he just grinned slightly before putting away a small bag filled with a few dubloons. As long as the poor guy he took it from didn't notice too soon and didn't know it was him, he should be alright.
Seeing how he was more or less in the clear for now, he let out a small sigh before stepping further into the tavern. He was here, so he figured that he might as well get a drink.
As he passed up a few pirates at their tables on the way to the bar, he wondered whether or not any of them were going to shove off anytime soon. For some time he had been planning on getting off of this island, but it was a matter of getting a ride. However, if he wanted to hitch a ride with any of them, he would most likely either have to try and join the crew, or sneak onto the ship as a stowaway.
The latter, having a possibility of getting him killed if he got caught.
Shaking his head to himself, he just set it aside for now, thinking of what he should do exactly.

Katherine noted with equal enjoyment the looks of pleasure and displeasure on Pharlux's and Rachel's faces respectively, shivering gleefully as the confirmed scottish man's breath tickled her ear. This however turned to disgust at the mention of dragon-kin.
"I don't believe in such ridiculous nonsense. If there be any truth to them, it's nothing more than a drunken lout's tale of seeing a demon he deserved." Determined not to let this mention of unholy things spoil her mood, Katherine shifted into a more comfortable position on Pharlux' lap, no doubt making him more uncomfortable in the process.
She had barely taken another sip of ale when the appearence of Gabriella made her throat close on it. Unable to move, Katherine stared at the second mate she had thought was surely dead. "Gab... Gabriella." She finally choked out, eyes wide with shock. "How did you get here? We thought you... Divvytown! How did you escape?!"

John watched as things unfolded around him he was seemingly being ignored, but compared to the company around him he could see how he was being ignored. He stared at Katherine for a moment. She was quite beautiful, but right now was not the time for such thoughts. He needed to remember what had happened to him not flirt specialy with his captain.John watched as more people entered the Cutlass. Divvytown?Had something happened there that would have caused him to loose most of his memory? A bar's ladies came to him and asked if he needed anything. "Rum I suppose." John mumbled abit not having said much in awhile, but the lady understood and brought it to him right away in which he promptly payed her. Mr.Gibbons seemed to be getting figgity on John's shoulder with a sudden burst of movement he scampered about. He jumped to Pharlux's shoulder for a moment to look at Katherine before leaping off once more. "Mr. Gibbons get back here!" John growled standing from his seat. From the growl in John's voice the monkey returned to his shoulder with speed. John sat back down and gave a sigh before taking a swig of his rum.

Gabriella laughed at Katherine's reaction. She then began to answer the questions partly thrown at her, "By a ship, I'm very much alive, I was never caught, I was able to sneak away to a ship docked on the other side of the island and get away," Gabriella then said, "Jemima is also alive, she just seems to still be on the ship we used to get here,"
Gabriella then said, "So you saw wat Divvytown became," she sighed, "Daria got captured by the Navy," she looked down, "I'm sorry Captain,"

Rachel had already drank more than enough rum at once to already get tipsy, she let out a giggle when Gabriella took the bottle away from her, "Hey!" she called to Gabriella, "why'd you take my rum!" Rachel wobbled back and forth, almost falling down at least twice. She then looked at Katherine and grumbled, "shtill, didn't forget..." Rachel then fell down, and landed on her butt.
Rachel giggled even more after falling down, "that hurtsh, who pushed me!" she says rather loudly. She was probably going to get thrown out, but it didn't occur to her in her drunken state that she was being loud and obnoxious.

Shun ordered a bit of ale and took a seat somewhat near the pirates. When he heard a few things about Divvytown, his eyes narrowed slightly. Why would a group of pirates need to escape a place like that? From what he knew, Divvytown was supposed to be a relatively safe place for pirates.
Shaking his head to himself, he just took a sip of his drink and scanned the tables somewhat. A good deal of them seemed to be females, which was a little surprising. And when one of them fell onto her rear end, he just raised an eyebrow and frowned a bit.
For now, he didn't move from his seat, but he still watched the pirate crowd to some extent. He still wanted to get off of the isla, and right now, that group seemed to be the only sea-faring people around.

Arabeth frowned, but helped the drunken lass up from the floor, keeping a firm grip on her arms so she wouldn’t fall again. She’d no problem with the amount of rum she’d drunk or the amount of noise the woman caused, she just didn’t think it was very safe to stay on the floor of a tavern such as this. Glass and other unpleasant objects laying around.
