The blow from Sukotto rocked the Magnetite and sent it reeling back. It seemed like it was having trouble staying afloat, but he was holding on strong. It would take a few more strikes as powerful as the last to finish the Pokemon off. Magnetite began panicking again and was trying to determine what it should do. It began flying towards Machop, but then changed its mind and flew back towards Sukotto. At the last moment it shrieked loudly and launched itself towards the Machop.

After hitting the Magnemite with a decent strike, Sukotto decided to try and catch it before it did anymore damage to him or Asura. He grabbed an empty Pokeball from his belt and threw it hard at the Steel Pokemon, hoping to land an early victory against it. Asura was still confused and things weren't looking great for him, but Sukotto felt that the little gray Pokemon could hold out just a little longer for him.

Sukotto's Capture Roll was a success!
The Pokeball sucked in the Magnemite and it moved around for only a few moments before coming to a rest. The Magnemite has been captured!

[Enter Route Surrency]
The rough terrain was just as miserable as Metsuki remembered. He did his best to keep his footing and move quickly, but the sharp edges and large boulders slowed him down to a crawl. It was amazing that Pokemon actually chose to live here. Metsuki grew up in the mountains, but this terrain turned it into a different kind of habitat all together. Almost as if it was desert on a mountain. He continued his search and kept his eyes peeled for movement.

The blue haired trainer shook a closed fist in celebration after having captured the Magnemite. He retrieved the Pokemon while aiming Asura's Pokeball at him and saying, "I had no idea just how strong you were, Asura. You've done extremely well today." Sukotto turned towards Masu City and started heading back. He hadn't expected to capture a Pokemon so early, but figured it would be a good idea to relax for the rest of the day. Since Route Surrency was cut up by the Mountains that it passed through, Sukotto didn't even know that his partner Metsuki was also in the area. He would leave before the two would even see each other.

Post Mood
A lone Pokemon stood near the edge of one of the cliffs, peering out into the distance. It almost seemed as though it were searching for something on the horizon. In reality, the Bagon was searching for something within itself. The Pokemon desired to soar over the foggy mountains and to be free to travel wherever it liked. There was nothing for it in these mountains except lonliness and the occasional pest to crush underfoot. The Pokemon heaved a heavy breath and closed its eyes, allowing the wind to flow over the thick gray ridges that covered its head and the rear of its neck. It was a good feeling, but this Pokemon desired to make the wind and sky its kingdom. For the time being, it was only queen of a few scattered rocks and pebbles.

It was difficult to see anything through all of the fog. Metsuki continued on his path, but suddenly he saw something high up the mountain pass looking down at the area below. Through the fog he saw a familiar shape; the wings and size of the Pokemon brought back memories of his childhood. "Ryujin...?" Metsuki said quietly to himself. That was impossible. He had seen Ryujin murdered a long time ago. That Salamence had been his fathers greatest Pokemon. He must have been imagining things.
A strong gust of wind came and cleared most of the fog. Where the 'Salamence' had stood there was a small Bagon in its place. The Pokemon might not look like much to the untrained eye, but Metsuki knew the power that lurked inside of it. It was no coincidence that he had seen the Salamence. It was a vision of what the Bagon would become if it was properly trained. Finding such a Pokemon here was more than Metsuki could ever have hoped for.
As soon as the initial excitement at his discovery had worn off a deep concern filled Metsuki. The Bagon might easily prove to much for his team of Pokemon. Metsuki knew from experience that his Water Type Pokemon would do very little damage to the Dragon. On the other hand he could try and overpower the Bagon with brute force...
There was no time to second guess himself. This was an incredible opportunity that he had been given and he had to make the most of it. If he was able to succeed then it would be the first major step in achieving his dream. His best hope of success was to use Chidori in the battle. Metsuki unclipped Chidori's Pokeball from his belt and threw it towards the Bagon. "I am counting on you, Chidori!". The Shinx's Pokeball opened up and released the golden Pokemon. Chidori spun in the air and landed silently on the ground.

The Dragon heard a noise behind it, but it figured that it was likely just those pesky Geodudes rumbling around again. It longed for greatness and that was nowhere to be found among the lowlifes in the mountains. The Bagon wished that an opponent who could actually stand up to its might would come forth.

It looked it as though the Bagon had not yet noticed them. If Chidori could land a decent attack on the Dragon then perhaps Metsuki could capture it with a little luck. Metsuki called out to Chidori "Use Tackle on him, Chidori! If you can soften him up we can capture him!". Chidori growled loudly in an attempt to pump himself up for the attack. It was obvious that he didn't enjoy the idea of attacking a Dragon, even if it was a baby, but he also couldn't let Metsuki down. He darted towards the Bagon and pounced at him.

From out of nowhere, the Bagon felt a hard thud against its back which nearly knocked it off of the cliff. She turned around and saw a flash of gold before her vision cleared, revealing a small yellow Pokemon and a human trainer. The Dragon scraped her foot against the ground and puffed up her chest before charging towards the Shinx in an angry assault. Nothing had dared to attack her like this for quite some time and the young Pokemon was somewhat shocked about it.
