&, I don't know, it depends on what viking metal sounds like.

Hmm...two bands to look up to get a feel for "viking metal" : Turisas is a good one, and Tyr is my favorite~
and actually...I listen to a large variety of music. Listening to Disney songs right now :3

I could be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure that, although it's definitely possible to be a vegan while still eating healthy & getting all the nutrients & vitamins & stuff you need, it's definitely harder.
If you're considering becoming a vegan, I'd definitely suggest doing some research into how to be a vegan & still eat healthy.

I'd say probably because putting on a fake personality can be more effective & get people farther than you seem to give it credit for.
Honestly, whenever I put on a "fake personality" -- or more accurately tweak & alter my personality in certain intentional ways -- I do it because ultimately we must conform to certain degrees to the nature & expectations of the world & society we live in. Thriving in any society necessitates that you sometimes suspend certain parts of yourself in order to adapt & survive, & although I wish that was not the case, I also realize I can't change the fact that it is.
However, I have a feeling that you're referring much more to people like pretending to be somebody they're not like in school or whatever for no apparent reason. I'd say that when people just simply pretend to be somebody they're not, they do it because they like the person that they pretend to be more than they like the person they really are, & they think they CAN effectively get away with pretending to be somebody they're not. &, I think lots of the time, people DO get away with it.

In a sense I was speaking of the second answer you gave, but now that you talked about it. I believe that conforming a little is natural human instinct, it happens without the person knowing mentally that the change itself has occurred until they truly think on it. But conforming almost everything you are by force just to fit in to the idealistic world that other believe it should be is just another way for your own individuality to cease existence. To put it bluntly, if you destroy what your individuality is to fit into the mold casing the worlds people have brought about then you might as well be dead, because your individuality is all you truly have in this world to yourself 100% and losing it means there is nothing separating you from the same mindless golem beside you that’s being manipulated by something that thinks it a higher power.
And since I have to ask a question. i might as well stay on topic. What is your take on your own individuality compared to someone else? (Simply put what is it that separates you from the rest around you?)
For me what sets me apart from everyone else is my will to avoid conformity that is not instinctive. ^_^

Well, to me, the most obvious & most important thing that seperates me from everybody else is that I only have to live & feel & think & act as MYSELF. The rest of the world only exists to me as seen through the eyes & filter of my own individual reality.
In the end I think, despite all the differences & "unique things" about myself, I'm probably not too much more different from everybody else than any other individual is different from everybody else. I feel that I'm more different than normal from most, but I realize that most people probably feel that way.
