((*pops up from hidey hole* Oh er.. sorry.. I keep getting up rooted and my poor computer keeps having to be dissembled. But I'm back! and will post!))
Tomas stood, "That's where the Sanctuary is!" He turned to Katherine and Danny, "You stay here." He turned up to face where Jeanie was looking over the trees, "You stay with them, if I'm not back in an hour you leave, go find another safe place to hide." He didn't give them any time to argue with him, charging off at an alarming speed into the woods in the direction they had come. He was counting on the childrens good sense to follow his directions and hoped to the giant spaghetti monster that Nicholas and Aria where safe.
Katherine bit her lip as she watched Tomas run off, turning to Danny she looked at him seriously, "I think we should do what he says. I don't know if the others will listen to me, but I know they'll listen to you." She'd seen it in action when they'd run from the Sanctuary. This did not help her anxiety however and she held onto Danny's hand for comfort.

Aria continued with the rooms downstairs, salvaging the odd thing, stuffing them in a bag she'd found, she moved methodically along each corridor...
Jeanie turned to the two children "you guys stay, you're smart enough to be in charge, tell them we put you two in place of nicholas... im going to help" she flew upwards, soaring in the direction of the blaze, "Tomas!" she called, when she could see him below her, "how exactly are we gonna get in?"

Nicholas had gone through several rooms already, picking up any pieces of paper that had writing, and weren't being burned. He picked up a few tools and a glass slide. He went to the kid's rooms and looked for anything they might want.
Danny nodded a little and held on to Katherine's hand too. "I know we can get the others to move... it's them I'm worried about." He said softly and looked towards the glowing light.

Katherine looked in the direction Tomas had run off in, "They'll be fine. Nicholas wont let anything happen to them." She looked firm in her desision. She didn't want to give in to that nagging doubt in her mind and ignored how her heart beat faster in her worry.
She could not ignore that her arms and now other parts of her where beginning to hurt a lot. To hide this she turned back to Danny and smiled slightly, "Lets go back inside."
Tomas looked up with a frown, "I thought I told you-" He jumped to the side to avoid a sapling he hadn't seen while he looked up, "Oh never mind... There's a secret entrance!" He came to the top of a small hill and saw it, the way they'd come out and pointed, pausing for a brief moment while he did so, then ran again.

Jeanie followed, flying over the outside barrier, "and into the house?" she asked, soaring on her wings, landing on the grass outside the burning building..
Aria reached her study and doused the fires inside, before going through everything unburnt, throwing most of it into her bag..

After a while Nicholas had grabbed two bags of the kids things. He went to his office and grabbed whatever he could. Papers, folders, cd's with work on them, flasks full of chemicals... everything. He lugged the bags outside, fighting fires as he went. "Aria!" He yelled, hoping she'd be out by now.

Aria heard his call and after throwing her bag out the window yelled, "still going!" and moved on to the next room, nearly everything was burning by now and she was choking a little from the smoke, but she carried on, entering room after room, she eventually reached a floor with rooms already open, so they'd done the building.. she had only managed the bag she threw and half of another, but it was better than nothing, she dumped the extinguishers and flew out the nearest window, holding the bag she landed and searched for a while till she found her other bag then walked about looking for nicholas..

Nick was standing a few feet from the bag that Aria had thrown out. "Good to see that you made it out okay." He nodded and looked back at the building. "I'd say we saved a fair amount."

"yeah.. for the amount of time.." she smiled, "want to head back?" she turned and saw some figures across from them, one of them had wings.. "hello?" she called cautiously,
"hi!" Jeanie yelled back, pleased to see them both, "we were just coming to help"

Nicholas spun around before answering Aria. "Well I think we handled most of it." He said as Jeanie mad it to them.
