"This is just great," Riolu mumbled. He leaped forward at the Steelix, trying to land a Force Palm on him, only to get smacked backward with an Iron Tail.
"Riolu!" Jolteon exclaimed, quickly dashing to catch Riolu before he hit a wall. "Riolu, are you alright?!?"
"Yeah, I'm fine," He replied in a serisous voice. He was mad now, and he knew he had the advantage in terms of type, or at least he used to...

Blastoise shot the Snorlax with an HydroPump, but he wouldn't even move! Espeon could not read the Snorlax moves in this tiny caverns and so could not fight so well. Moewth rushed to Blastoise's help, using Jackpot to keep Snorlax occupied. Meanwile, Cindaquil did something nobody expected: he sneaked under the Snorlax and approached the Steelix by behind while it was busy trashing Riolu and used Flamethrower!!!! Now Steelix was in trouble!

"Steelix, Protect now!" The officer yelled. A barrier instantly formed along side the Steelix, protecting it from the Flamethrower.
"Do you Pokemon really think you know what you are dealing with? Do you?" The officer asked, boasting about his power.
"I'll show you what you're dealing with.." Riolu said as he made a dash for the officer himself, only to be hit with an Iron Tail and flying backward once again. However, Riolu caught himself in the air and landed safely this time.
"Tricks like that don't work on me twice.." He said in anger, knowing the officer didn't know what they were saying at all.

Espeon sent a telepathy message to Riolu: "No use attacking the Trainer, he'll see you coming. Only Dark Pokemons can attack trainers... Work with Cindaquil to defeat Steelix".
On his side, Moewth was trying, without much sucess, to wear Snorlax down. Blastoise did a better job of it, but was hindered by the low ceiling and all the agitation...

Riolu nodded in Espeon's direction, indicating that he got the message. He doubled-back some to put a distance between the Steelix and himself.
"Jolteon, see if you can distract the Steelix while Cyndaquil and I will go on the offensive," Riolu said to Jolteon, still focusing on the Steelix ahead.
"WEAKLINGS!!!" The massive steel Pokemon roared, flinging it's tail around in an angry frenzy.
"This is going to be an interesting test of strength for all of us..." Riolu commented.

Snorlax attacked with a Snore. He was taunting Blastoise and Meowth! Then, Blastoise lost his temper: "You'll see, Snorlax!!!!! HYDRO-BLAST!" Blastoise fired water from his twin cannons at high speed, so much that he himself recoiled and had to back himself against a wall not to fall on his back! Snorlax, sleeping, took the blast at full force and was actually flipped over from his back to his belly! Seizing the occasion, Meowth entered Dark Mode and attacked Snorlax wiith the overly powerful Dark Charge...

An iron tail came crashing down and Riolu and Cyndaquil took this time to attack the head of the Steelix.
"Are you read Cyndaquil?" Riolu asked as they leaped towards it's face.
"Yeah, I'm ready alright!" He replied.
"Steelix, block it with protect!" It's trainer called out, and it obeying. Riolu smiled at his successful plan falling into play.
"Now Jolteon!" Riolu cried. Jolteon dashed at the trainer in a yellow blur.
"Ah! Steelix defend me!" The trainer cried. The Steelix quickly dropped it's protect, leaving it wide open for an attack.
"NOW!" Riolu cried as he used his Force Palm and Cyndaquil used his Flamethrower, damaging the Steelix.

Snorlax and Steelix were out, it seemed but ...
"Dark Mode Now!" yelled the Trainer. The two Pokémons began to emit a violet aura, like Meowth and Espeon. "CLEAR THE WAY! yelled Meowth. It'S GOING TO GET DANGEROUS!"

"This isn't good..." Jolteon said, shivering at the evil sight before all of them. They all moved farther backward, to ensure they were out of attacking range for he moment.
"So now what boss?" Riolu asked, turning towards Espeon.

"Leave it to us! We'll defend, you attack!" Espeon began to glow in a violet aura and jumped on the Steelix's back. Climbing on top of it's head, she sent Psy waves repeatedly so the creature couldn't move. "NOW! she yelled at cyndaquil and Riolu.
On his side, Moexth, also in Dark mode, was countering Snorlax's every moves but couldn't do anymore. Hopefully, Blastoise was already readying his cannons! "IMMA FIRING MY WATER!" he yelled and let go of a violent Hydro Pump.

"Right!" Riolu yelled as he went in for another Force Palm and Cyndaquil with another Flamethrower. Hopefully this all would bring down the Steelix and they could complete their mission.
((And I loved the "IMMA FIRING MY WATER" remark. Very funny indeed.))

Steelix couldn't defend and got the two hits at same time! He suffered very badly from it and finally fainted! Espeon jumped off the Steelix back onto the Trainer and slashed his face with her claws. Feeling the Trainer's distress, Snorlax released his guard and Blastoise's Hydro Pump got through, K-Oing it too. Meowth jumped to Trainer and stole the rest of his Pokéballs. The fight was finally over....
