xXxBusterxXx Totodile! Though i'd rather him/her playable. I don't ever see that happening even in the many Super Smashes to come...
He/She just isn't popular enough to be included on the playable roster...

Arceus (God pkmn) The rarest one to find and does judgment covering the field and sends opponents flying.

Dialga: Slow Time
Palkia: Flip the Level
Darkrai: Make the stage dark
Flygon: Hyper Beam through the level
Kingdra: Hydro Pump around itself
Sceptile: Frenzy Plant
Salamence: Flamethrower
Gible evolved form: Earthquake, same as Metagross
Gallade: Physco Cut, target's closest person and does Physco Cut
Dusknoir: Shadow Ball, it's big and it goes through the entire level
Luxray: Shock, it does it around it self
Rampardos: Stomp, stomps whoevers near it, if you are under it, it does damage and puts you underground, otherwise it just does damage if you are close
Glalie: Ice Beam
Froslass: Freeze
Tangrowth: Constrict, grabs people who are close and squeezes them
Lickilicki: Swallow, Eats them and does damage like Wario, or King Dedede
Rhyperior: Drill Horn, It's horn starts to spin and it runs through the level and hits whatever is in it's path.

Bring Back Cyndaquil! lol Also if they would, Treecko, just to stand there and do his little pose to look cool XD either that or a bullet seed that shoots kinda like meowth cept he would move around....Finally, a Raichu with Volt Tackle, I can see it now, he pops out the pokeball and rushes in the direction he's facing like Piplup, but has the strength somewhere close to Gannondorf's Final Smash!
