JustAnotherFallenAngel I love the fact that my mother doesn't go through my stuff and lets me do and watch and read whatever I want.
But I do know that not all mom's are like that and I'm sorry yours flipped. When I was 14 my dad confiscated all ym cds that had ANY swearing in them ... he even went after my "Linkin Park:Hybrid Theory" and I almost bit him in the hand because it's good and has no swearing.
He took them because I cut, when what he should have done was jumped off a bridge.
Although the persuasion probably won't work on the mom-monster, you can still probably find friends that will let you borrow when you need the read.
I know Johnny is like GOD so sometimes he's a necessity. I know what you mean 3nodding Johnny made me less scared of the dark if you believe that, but I'd never tell my mom that. She'd send me to that shrink again. sweatdrop I've never cut, I almost did, but my mom came into the kitchen and I simply said, "I wonder what it's like to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a steak knife." <----Worst excuse ever gonk And yes. The Mom-monster blocks out all persuasion efforts. Oy....

thats so freaking lame. im sorry to hear that. when i was 15 my dad had to read the lyrics to anti christ superstar in order to let me go to the M Manson concert i dont know how i managed to get away with it lol.

My parents threw a titty fit because i ordered IFS online and when it came home, my dad opened the package and read them. He said they were provacative and violent and that they had too much cuss words...coincidental...he's the one who calls me a ********. Dumbass.

i am not full of s**t. Your mom is stupid. What i write is purely for entertainment. With society the way it is nowadays, everything in my works should seem typical. I'ts noting that kids in middle school dont see and hear every day.
P.S. if you didnt figure it out yet, i am Jhonen Vasquez.

My mother wouldn't dare touch my Jhonen collection. She might lose a hand if she tried. And my dad love Johnny. He thinks that he's awesome. His fave comic was when Johnny was cleaning out his fridge... Ah, good times, gooooooood times. 3nodding

She said one of the "deals" we could make was me take a black marker and mark out all of the curses. stressed I'm not gonna vandelize my own comic! Yes, cencor the profanity which you already know of, not the bloodshed and gore. Your mom is very logical, oh so very logical indeed. rolleyes
