So, I'm 18 on monday. Holy s**t, I'll be legal. But that's besides the point.
For my birthday, one of my good friends offered to pay for my first piercing, and I'm planning on getting my septum done. I've wanted it done for about a year now, and I'm excited as hell.
I was just wanting some feedback from anyone who has had it, and some advice for my first time, you know, some reassurance. Haha.

I got mine done in July. And I must say, I absolutely love it to death. It's easy to hide for work, which is a major plus.
As for what to expect, definitely have tissues or paper towel ready. You will tear up because of all the nerve endings. Imagine being hit in the nose. Similar feeling. But it only lasts for a moment.
And after you leave, be sure to remember it's there! I forgot, and wiped my nose...let me tell you, that hurt.
