Lent smirked a little at the sight of Charlie struggling to remove the last of the posters and set Remi down on the floor. At least she didn't need to worry about the room being dirty. "Like some help?" She asked with a laugh as she stepped onto his bed next to him. She winked at him before reaching up and easily grasping the poster and taking it down. Of course, she was floating a foot above the bed at that point.

She glanced at the poster once with a little disdain before tossing it down with the others and reaching for the next one, which she seemed to think wasn't quite as bad as the first. "Lucky you didn't have to settle for any of these dogs." She teased throwing the last of them down onto the pile of posters.

She lowered herself down onto the bed and covered her mouth to hide a yawn. "You know, I figured you'd have a room more meant for... ah, entertaining than this." She laughed. "But then again, I guess hotels were invented for a reason." Her musical laughter rang out once more as she laid back on the pillows and looked around the room.

"Remi?" She called out, a little frown on her face, and her son came wiggling out from under the bed. "Ooh, maybe you shouldn't go under there." She glanced at Charlie and smirked as she pulled the little boy onto her lap, holding his hands and making him dance a bit. "Soon all your things will be here! And you'll have a brand new room! Exciting huh?" She cooed at the little boy, watching his face light up with excitement.

Elizabeth did recall the way he'd returned to the tent after the pirate fight, all musky and with the heat of the battle still on him. She had worried at first, rushing to his side to see if he was okay. And yet she had found herself swiftly overpowered and as at his mercy as his enemies had been. She still got a little shiver thinking about him that way. She'd never had the opportunity to have a battle-ready lover before and she would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

"I'm glad you like it. I wasn't sure if you'd prefer something more herbal or not. I think we have chamomile tea, but that is hardly exotic really. I do need to stock up again soon." Liz smiled, sipping at her own cup.
"We did have a good stock of varied teas, but someone drank them." Baxter grinned, looking pointedly at Liz. She giggled. They had been delicious.

"I am sure we could find you something suitable to do at least." She smiled up at Don when he offered to do a little work. she could use a little help in the garage actually. And there was a lot of sorting out in the attic to do now that Charlie and Lent had brought the baby home. She still had all their old baby furniture upstairs, but it was heavy and though Baxter was fit she knew he wasn't as young as he was when he once helped her put it all away. She smiled and sipped at her tea, setting the empty cup down on the plate and reaching out to rest her hand on Don's thigh.

"Tell you what, when you're all done there I can give you a tour of the place to help you get your bearings." She offered cheerfully. The manor wasn't too huge thankfully, and they could skip most of the guest rooms. many of them were pretty empty anyway. She really should decorate some day.

Charlie gave his wife a gentle and somewhat bashful grin as she stepped up beside him to lend a hand with his quick redecorating. She reached up for the one he was struggling with.
"That's cheating." He laughed as she fluttered her wings. "Sheesh. I was much younger than I am now when I put these up. And a lot more dexterous as well." he sighed, giving his hip a meaningful tap. It was actually not that easy to balance.

"I am a lucky man, what more can I say?" He smiled at Lent charmingly. He really had his the jackpot with her as far as he was concerned. She could be any of these women for him. But he didn't care. She was herself, and he found that was all he needed. he didn't care what look she pulled, they were all amazing. He'd fallen in love with the woman that had sat by his bedside day and night, sacrificing her own comfort, time and even health for his happiness.

"Believe me this room has seen plenty of entertaining." He grinned. "Though some of the guest rooms have seen their fair share. For the classier women. Mother keeps some of them very elegant. A lot of my partners never even saw my room. Not that they knew." He chuckled. "Plus hotels when I was out of town as you rightly guess." He gazed down at her as she lay back.

Remi crawled out from under the bed and Charlie's cheeks went a bit red. Not that the boy had seemed to get into any bother at all.
"yeah, I need to clean out a bit under there too actually." he laughed with a bit of embarrassment. "Got a few old... ah... magazines under there. And maybe a few keepsakes."

He sank down stiffly to sit beside the pair of them, smiling at his cheerful son over his wife's shoulder. Remi laughed happily and fluttered his wings.
"There's a room right next to this one that is big and has some great views of the gardens. I think he'll like it. And of course, you can decorate it as you see fit." Charlie kissed Lent's cheek. "And... ah... it probably wouldn't hurt to give this room a sprucing up really, would it?"

"Herbal teas are easier to come by where I came from, but they were a little harder to come by on Gaia. Atleast not infused with other substances." Donovan didn't always imbibe in the spirits, there were times where he much preferred tea to a stiff serving of whiskey, and times like this simply sending time with loved ones was one such time. Donovan himself had chuckled at Baxter's comment. If they were as good as this he really couldn't blame her.

When he felt her place a hand on his leather clad thigh, he couldn't hide the brief flash of storm grayish blue in his eyes that appeared and disappeared in the next blink. He smiled at the fact that even just a simple touch from her still stirred him in ways most would've had to put their hands on things a little higher up to get that sort of reaction from him. "Sounds like an excellent idea, Elizabeth." he replied, placing his own empty cup down as well.

He rubbed his chin thoughtfully for a moment. "At some point in time I should probably move my bike as well. No doubt having it parked outside like that is attracting attention."
