Back in the day,an old rich man wanted to scam youngsters into giving up money for the exchange of a cool dip in the water parks water during summer...well in order to keep it thriving he had to get help...with money..so he rented it out as the meeting spot for an illegal drug ring,long story short the smugglers got caught and he was arrested he died...and then under second management a new man with the same intentions repeated the process...upon getting caught they finally shut it down but due to mysterious reasons the goverment cant shut it down.....
