"Ah!" Remmington was taken back a bit by the woman's sudden question. "Wh-who, me? Or...?" he pointed over at the shop keeper. "My name's Remmington. I'm just an average kid!" he explained, smiling awkwardly as his glasses slid down his nose.

Jori took the lead toward the shop, supporting his father and watching out for the police.

Tami narrowed her eyes at Remmington, disbelieving him. " Very well, howabout you, Mr uptight brastrap?" grimacing at the boy leading them to his shop.

Remmington was finally starting to calm down. He focused on looking ahead, spotting what he figured to be the shop not very far from view. Heaving a sigh of relief, his moment of peace was destroyed when he saw a familiar blonde man in the middle of the street. Braccheus?! What's he doing out here?! Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh! No! Calm down Remmington...it's fine. Just as long as he doesn't see you. He'll need to head back to the basement soon anyway, what with not being able to breathe the air here. He kept walking, picking up the pace slightly. Taking a look back, he didn't see the alien-man anymore, and was relieved. He looked forward once more, heart skipping a beat when he noticed the man standing right in front of him. "What has been taking you so incredibly long?" Braccheus asked, crossing his muscular arms over his chest. He glared down at the small human with disdain, ignoring the woman he supported. "G-go back! You can't be out here!" Remmington stuttered, shooing him off with his free hand. "You make no sense. I'm here now, am I not? You humans are such confusing creatures." he responded, noting the disaster nearby.

Braccheus stared at the white-haired female for a moment, then looked back at the pathetic boy. "Is she speaking English?" he asked, hardly understanding any of the sayings and phrases the seemingly insane woman was spouting. Tiddy whiteys?....made of time? Time = male genitalia? The process of losing life being able to show kindness? He scowled, getting frustrated by just thinking about such gibberish. "She.. um.. said that she's hurt and needs to get help for it. I'm helping her by taking her to his bookstore so that she can get medical treatment there." Remmington explained, trying to walk with the woman around Braccheus. "Go back to the house, Odin." he added. Braccheus plucked the female from the ground, taking her into his arms. "You take too much time. I will carry her to this book store you explain." he started to walk after the male human Remmington seemed to have been following.

Jori rolled his eyes as he dragged his father through the door of the shop. "Khalidah!" he hollered, propping the door open with his foot.
"Jori! Your pops okay?" Khalidah called back, running around the shelves. She took Algar and started moving him to the back. The medical room was downstairs, near the room with the more advanced spells were prepped to be used at a moments notice.
"Hurry up if you're coming in." Jori called back to the others, still holding the door open with his foot.

"OWWWW WHY I OUHTTA!!!" the sudden movements cause her a great deal of pain in her ribs, causing her to clench her teeth and seep her nail into the guys arm. The drowsiness left for a few moments.

Though he didn't feel it very strongly, Braccheus glared at the impertinent female with rage. "Calm down. I may be tempted to kill you." he threatened. "Odin! Don't say things like that!" Remmington exclaimed, more shocked than demanding. He laughed nervously. "Heh heh... sorry... he's, uh, new to the neighborhood." he explained. "I, never learned your name, by the way. I'm Remmington." he introduced himself. "Where can I drop this woman?" Braccheus asked the closest human that wasn't Remmington.

Bloody...soft-drink? Or.. perhaps the physical popping? She's going to singularly give me a soft-drink made of blood? Braccheus' rage was expanding, though he noticed more and more how light-headed he was becoming from not being in the air he could breathe. He glared at her with piercing brown eyes. "I don't understand you, human, but I suggest you stop speaking to me that way." his voice was deep and dark. "P-put her down, Odin...gently!" Remmington said. "We have to go back to the house now!" "She deserves to die." Braccheus responded, despising the name that the pathetic boy decided for him, but hating this woman far more at the moment. "The air here isn't good for you. Come on...please." Remmington urged. Braccheus glared at Remmington, but nodded, and gently set down the irritating white-haired woman, leaning her carefully against the front desk that held the till. "Be quick, boy." he snapped, heading for the door of the shop.

Jori sighed and slammed the door behind him, locking it, flipping the open sign over to closed and drew the blinds. He moved to stand over Tami and started sketching runes in a golden fire over her torso, chanting softly as he did so. "Leah eseht slli taht eugalp siht ylwol latrom ni eht eman fo Iroj." he murmured before stepping back to let the magic do it's work. It wouldn't heal her completely, but would take care of the majority of her pain.

Remmington got an odd feeling as he looked back at the shop. He turned to look at it again for a moment before following after Braccheus once more. A feeling of guilt washed over him. I'm a lousy super-hero. I need more practice... he sighed. Maybe I'll sneak out tonight....and bring Braccheus with me. He'd follow me anyway even if I didn't. He noticed that Braccheus was having trouble breathing, so he hurriedly led him back to the hidden basement as quietly as he possibly could manage.
