Marnaqu visibly scowled and glanced back at Rolyat as she spoke. "Really? Gog, it's annoying--" he narrowed his eyes and fell silent as Dark came running back into the room with drinks and cupcakes. He propped his elbow on the arm of his chair and turned his gaze to Kimsel as she came into the room.
He made a 'hmmph' sound before looking away, at nothing imparticular as Rolyat began to speak.

Muira glanced momentarily at him and stifled a sigh before looking back to Rolyat with a light smile. "That would certainly be lovely... My name is Muira, and this is Marnaqu... I apologize for his behavior. He can be a bit rowdy at times." the sea dweller pouted, as Marnaqu flashed her a glare, looking like he was about to speak when Dark tried to prompt him into trying a cupcakes.

His attention quickly flickered from Muira, to the land dweller. "I'm not trying your stupid cupcakes, eat them yourself." he snarled, receiving a light slap on the arm from Muira. She leered up at him with narrowed purple eyes as he swung back around and glared in return. "Don't be so immature, he's just being nice!" the seadweller prompted as he sat back in his chair and crossed his arms, rolling his eyes in response.

Muira stifled a sigh and took another sip of her water. Sometimes keeping her Moirail in check was more of a job than it was fun.

((That's too bad, Marnaqu and Muira are fun characters to interact with, especially Marnaqu!
And I think I'll be adding Rolyat's sprite from now on, to make my post a bit neater.))






Rolyat took in their various reactions throughout, and filed them away for later reference. She hesitated only momentarily before leaning forward and snatching the cupcake rotating around Marn's head out of the air. Hopefully Dark wouldn't replace it, but the only way to see that he didn't was to distract him again. Rolyat offered Dark a small smile and took a bite out of the cupcake, which was better than she would have thought. "Thank you very much for the water and cupcakes, Dark. It's wonderful that you are providing them for us, but will there be a meal before we all decide to sleep? And there is also the question of sleeping arrangements. Is there sopor slime and 'coons enough for all of us? If need be, I'd be more than happy to sleep underwater and without slime."
She hated sleeping without sopor slime, mostly because the nightmares were awful. She knew highbloods were more affected by the nightmares than lowbloods, which explained why most highbloods were batshit insane, but she was willing to take one for the team. As she waited, Rolyat wet her fins again and took a few gulps of her water, wishing to wet her gills soon.

Rolyat stared at Dark, curiously wondering if he was serious or not. She started out slow, an eyebrow raised. "Dark.. You do realize I am a seadweller, and it is normal for me to sleep underwater, don't you? I would be way more comfortable underwater than above it, surely. But it is a good thing that there will be plenty of sopor slime, we will need it. And Dark, is there anyplace us seadwellers can swim or sleep?" She finished off her cupcake and washed it down with more water.
