As far as my opinion goes, FIRE ALL THE WAY! Except for some of the games, I do like Bulbasaur, Chikorita, and Turtwig though.
Bleh, personally up until Black and White, I was fire, but now.... FIRE AGAIN!! BD

Kaza Relou North Wind Gray Akari Ryou ZX North Wind Gray http://www.serebii.net/xy/ Follow this link, and look upon what Nintendo has planned next. I hate saying this, but this is not a hoax. These are, in fact, the first two Gen VI games. Nintendo has officially announced these. How on earth Gen VI comes before TWEWY 2 (wait time: 5 1/2 years) or Half-Life 3 (Wait time: About 6 years) or even decent motion control for the PS3 (Wait time: Since launch of Playstaton Eye for the PS2. Remember that?), but it's coming. Prepare yourselves, all. I'm going to be honest, and say I'm personally not nearly as excited as I was when I heard Black and White (original) was coming out. I mean, there are just too many Pokemon games now. Like, side games. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Pokemon Trozei, Pokemon Dash, Pokefarm, Pokemon Channel, Pokemon Ranger - all of those, along with the actual canon games... I'm seriously just not excited. I'm going to get it, mind you, but seriously. Too much.
They're contemplating making a BW2 anime, though, without Ash so I'm a little more ecstatic for that.
Now. My starter is going to be Fennekin. Since playing Red and Blue, I haven't chosen a fire type for all my life. Honest, man, very honest. though it's just because Fennekin is cute.
So, anyone else planning for a Fennekin? Me. Unlike you, I've played a fire starter since I started playing Pokémon (aside from Yellow, of course.) Wouldn't having a fire starter made LeafGreen and FireRed a lot harder? Since the first two gyms, like rock and water, were strong against fire, and the last gym could easily take out your Charizard and all, with rock-type moves .-.
Or maybe I'm mixing up a game. Haven't touched a first, second, or third gen in ages.
Oh well. Anyone else hear the rumor that if you choose a certain starter it also chooses the difficulty of the game? o.o Like fire-types sets the game on hard, etc. etc.?Brock was easy with Charmander. In FR/LG, Charmander learns Metal Claw. Instant KO. Misty, however, was hard. Took quite a while to beat her. As for the 8th gym, the former Team Rocket boss was beaten without incident.

Ugh, I hated Misty's Starmie with Water Pulse, Recover and an unusually strong Rapid Spin. All the other gyms I found quite easy for Kanto. Other difficult gyms for me include: Whitney, Claire, Norman (Don't know why) and Drayden. Here's to future difficult gym leaders! emotion_yatta

The funny thing is, the player is supposed to take Charmander, because canon Green is supposed to receive Squirtle. /shot

Anywho, the new Eeveelution's name is Ninfia, or Sylveon in the Americanized version.
