Okay I have a lot of characters I really like but my favorites are:
Byakuya - because he's so cold about everything. It is all about duty before...emotion. He's certainly got the stuck up noble thing down...not that he can't back it up.

Ishida - there's something to be said for someone with so much power (don't want spoilers) that's such an utter dork and perfectly all right with being one. I like his 'hero' complex, it's cute.

Urahara - He's just a great character he can be very funny but very deadly and serious when the need arises. I think he's one of the most versitle of all the characters in the series.
