The state of confusion is perfectly normal, I do it on purpose. (Confusing people. =P I'm good at it.) It has to do with...well, reasons why the internets are better than this 'life' people keep rabbling on about.
Internet has free prons.

Uh..
You'd only be able to play it on a Japanese Ps2/Ps3. x:
Region codes, and such. Etc.
If you can find it on ebay, you'll probably be able to get it for roughly $17 USD.
Although, the suckage should discourage you immensely. ._.;

I'd have to get my butt online with a chunk of change in my hand(Debt card of some kind.) and get myself a PS2 I could never hope to play and understand. gonk

Besides--I'd probably only buy the DNAngel game just to look at Krad on the cover of it.

You know, if he had worn that in the anime--I wouldn't have minded AS MUCH.
I'd still mind the gruesome personality changes, but I wouldn't be groaning about ballerinas. O:<

Eh...about the Japanese PS2.
You CAN make your American system play Jap. games, buuut...that requires modding. Which is very much illegal. [Not only will the person who modded it get fined a massive amount, but the people who got their systems modded get fined too!]

Bah.
The outfit looks much nicer, I thought, but I have to agree with you about the rest...
