Tino smiled too. He felt infinitely better than he did earlier that day. The relief of Rina's health did more to brighten his mood than anything else could. Now that she was in his arms, he too thought that everything would turn out alright.

November 4th, 2006. It's been a while, journal.
Stuff's happened... not really good stuff, some of it's really good. Some of it's really bad. I think I've already written about the good stuff, which concerns Tino.
We're in love. I love him. He loves me. I'm happy. I think he's happy. I hope he's happy... He changed again, before me... It was scary.
Syrus hurt me. That was bad. We fought, and I woke up in the labs, changed... I'm not myself, somehow... There's darker patches on my skin, and my tail looks strange with splits in it from the fight.
I have little lumps on my head, that kinda itch, and my teeth are pointier. My feet feel strange on the ground... But anyway, I'm gonna go. I'm tired, and I don't feel very well.

Home, alone, and new feelings.
Rina had decided to clean her apartment for the fifth time since she got back, and re-orginised the furniture in her home. Something felt off, and she couldn't quite put her finger on it.
She continually had visual images of Santino, completely naked. In turn, they gave her strange sensations. She wondered what exactly they were - Assuming it was part of puberty, but never having had sex, she wondered if that was a sign that she was ready... It was in fact something close to that, the Tohan in her was of age to find a mate and breed; which was beginning to manefest itself. In short, she was in heat.
She sat on the couch, with her sketch book in hand, and a pencil. She slowly started sketching out a torso, then hips, then the bits down there and legs, a tail. Arms were next, and then Tino's head and hair.
She went about putting in more detail, shading, and outlining. Then, she rested the piece of paper on the coffee table, and started another, then another.
She was blushing by the end of it, because she hadn't noticed that she was drawing the pair of them together, naked, wrapped in a sheet or some sort with rose petals along the trail of the material. She bit her lip and decided it best to distract herself.
She went into her room, and went about re-ordering the furniture.

Of Scents and sense.
Rina had been fighting her primal urges for the better part of the day, and it only took one sniff to set her off.
She could hear Tino on the other side of the wall, he was groaning, though, she wasn't aware it was mostly because of her. Then, she could smell him. His scent filled her nostrils, and she fell onto the bed, letting out a quiet moan.
"Tinoooo...." She whispered, with a hint of a child's whine, when they want something.
She sat back up, her cheeks burning, and walked out of her room.
"Gotta get out of here. This room is too hot." She said to no one in particular, and headed for the door, stubbing her foot on the coffee table.
"Ouch!" She growled, those clicks again making an appearance, and then she went out through the door. Like always, she was heading for the lake.
