I have been thinking about that avi ever since I saw it but I cannot place her. It is driving me crazy. I will throw a wild guess and ask if it is someone from Tokyo Mew Mew.

I don't know diaga, I did not participate in spirit week. I forgot about it. sweatdrop I was thinking it looked like Mew Mint too but then I kept second guessing myself and I am just not sure.
