I think a cute scene would be in Ouran High School (last episode) when Haruhi chases after Tamaki. And Haruhi falls out of the carriage and Tamaki jumps after her and grabs her hen holds her closely!! so romantic..it was soo cute...
Also when they went to the beach and Haruhi was pushed off a cliff and Tamaki saves her!
Also when Tamaki and Haruhi hugs .....(when tamaki finds out haruhi is afraid of lthunder/lightning.)

Though it happens off and on and only for a split second if anything, there's always romantic parts in Midori Days where both Midori and Seiji connect in a loving way.
