Due to the recent hurricane, and the aftermath it brought to The Bahia Mar and South Padre Island, Shimakon will be postponed this year. Any purchased ticket(s) will still be valid for when Shimakon III will occur. We encourage you to frequently check our web page(s) for updates on this matter, and any other event we may have.

Wow! I haven't posted here in a long time! ok well on to the topic at hand! Hearing and seeing what happened to the Bahia Mar is sad. But I do hope they will have it fix for next yr. I'm sure everything will be fine and i know Bahia Mar would love Shimakon back (^__^)

Take care, and i hope to be at Shimakon next yr. Who knows, i might have a group of cosplayers with me, lol. (i dunno about that too much, lol.)
