A small but charming city, it's grown larger than it had been in it's older days. More businesses have opened to include a wing of the Hazelwood breeding center, a small supply booth run by distant relitives of the Hunt family, and the like. Cerulean city is best known for the water plays performed at the Gym and for the research center run by the young castle master, Bill, up at the Cerulean Cape. It's been rumored that dragon poke'mon are often in contact with Bill but the researcher, though his doors are always open for young trainers, does little to deny or confirm these rumors.
