Well, I know it's not 'Christian' per se, but it definately is rock and it defiantely speaks to me passionately about God (a lot more than some other Christian bands). My favourite rock band (christian or otherwise) is My Chemical Romance.
Here's a few reasons I'm willing to dispute and disregard the fact that they don't claim to be a Christian band...
1. If you've ever heard the song, Welcome to the Black Parade, you know it's an extremely inspiring song. Every time I hear it, I'm suddenly pumped to read the bible, or get out and do something of importance.
2. the song THank you for the Venom, a song that I think embodies the warrior spirit that God set in the heart of every man, is so full of energy, basically it makes me feel like i'm ready for anything and I know that while the lyrics were written by MCR in a tour van somewhere, It was God (not satan! scream ) who put the idea for the song in their heads.
3. They help people, just go to any MCR forum and you will no doubt find someone whose story goes something along the lines of 'MCR saved my life!" and its true! MCR tells people that they're OK, sure they may be a little messed up, and sure they may need to improve themselves but it's going to be ok, because they're not and never have to be alone.
4. They strengthened, and continue to strengthen my relationship with Jesus Christ.
Please, dont shut your eyes and ears just because someone human told you to. Dont assume it isnt good when you've barely heard any of it.

I love a wide range of Christian music...from Praise and Worship to stuff like Demon Hunter, Disciple and Skillet to stuff like KJ-52 and T-Bone.
But one of my fav's is DC Talk.
