That was just great. Daybreak assumed that being left in the middle of the city alone was part of Piney's scheme to get her and that Absol to be friends. Or, maybe she did truly lost her. Whatever the reason, she couldn't track her officer down through means like scent and auras, because there were so many people around at night.
Bypassers stared and gawked at the Espeon standing at the corner of the street. They weren't native to Zatao, so she allowed them to spectate. The only matter she was concerned about was to find Piney before any trouble occurs.

Keh, sneaking out was way to easy. Zen never locked the doggy door at night before going to bed, and Armageddon was able to easily slip out of the house. On most nights, he would usually hang out with Spooks. Spooks was quite the funny Haunter, and hung around Zen's lot.
But tonight, Armageddon felt like going into the city to cause a bit of mayhem. The city was so huge, and all the people staring at the white tail, horn, paws, and face ammused him. A few people had screamed 'GHOST!' when they saw his red eyes, but most were sensible enough to see the gem and saw an outline. Heck, a buisness man even came up to him and patted his head and gave him his left-over sandwich.
After romping about some more, Armageddon saw a familliar purple pokemon. Daybreak the Espeon. He growled slightly, thinking that Zen had left the doggy door open tonight just so he could meet Daybreak again. And then a sly look swiped the tense face. Oh the fun he would have. Daybreak seemed to be showing off, so why not embarass her? He silently padded up behind her, claws unsheathing. He crouched behind her, and leaped. "ABSOL! (Kamikaze!)" He yelled, diving towards her.

Sensing his presence before he actually leaped and shouted, Daybreak dove forward to avoid being mobbed by Armageddon.
"*And what was that about?! Are you trying to be funny?!*" She growled in digust in his attempted attack. Daybreak didn't need this now, especially when she was trying to find Piney.
Her gem reflected the light from the street lamps as she let loose a small pulse of psychic energy, hoping to just stun the Absol enough to get away. Her officer wouldn't let her out again if she severely injure him, like last time.
The psychic attack knocked over several trash cans by accident, causing some pedestrians to be concerned about the two Pokemon.

Ulitimate failure. That was all tha came to Armageddon's mind, as he missed Daybreak and face-planted. That really hurt. And now his legs were bruised. Oh, that was just perfect. He stood up with a bit trouble, and was down on the pavement again.
"*Damnit, why the hell did you have to do that? As if my ego wasn't already bruised enough, you go and destroy my legs as well.*"
Armageddon stood up again, with great difficulty, and layed down in a non-painful way. He sighed, glancing at Daybreak, and decided to at least try and be civil.
"*So why are you here?*" He asked with a growl, staring at the knocked over trach cans. He used a Dark Pulse on them, causing them to fly towards a civilian, and hitting him in the leg. "*Hmph, slightly entertaining. Would have been funny if his leg slipped out from under him.*" He said to himself more than anyone, but partially towards Daybreak.
The people passing along the street just stared at the two, asking questions to eachother, or just blowing it off as nothing.

Daybreak wasn't listening at all to Armageddon's words, trying to escape him and continue searching for Piney. But she couldn't ignore him any longer when he launched a Dark Pulse, which knocked over a trash can, which struck a civilian in the leg.
"*YOU! Why did you attack an innocent bystander!?*" She whirled around, screeching the words with blazing eyes. "*They had nothing to do with our conflict!*"
Any positive relationship between the two was buried under her fury of senseless attacking. If Piney had seen that, or maybe if even Zen had, they would surely excuse her for attempting to murder this Absol.
Instead of attacking though, the gem glowed again, preventing anymore trash cans from falling over and causing more injuries.

"*Because he looked at me like it was a crime for me to be on the streets. And it was fun.*" Armageddon said in a deadpan voice. But then he noticed her eyes. Crap, she was pissed.
He backed away slowly, trying not to be killed by the angry Espeon. Her eyes looked like they could burn the Devil himself. HE usually wasn't scared, but she definitally scared him like this.
"*Okay, okay, I'm sorry, I won't do it again, please, just don't kill me.*" Armageddon pleaded, nearly begged. He wanted kids, and heck, anything in his egg group would do. As long as she wasn't a b***h.
A couple walking down the street noticed the pokemon, and the male chuckled. "Kinda like us in the begining, huh?" "Yeah." The female responded, snuggling into him.
((Sorry Piney, but I had no clue how that Psycic was directed. Was it meant to hurt Armageddon, or just but a barrier around the trash cans?))

((Sort of a barrier around the trash cans. Yeah. ^^; ))
"*Fun?! It should never be fun to cause pain to people unless you're a madman or a criminal!*" She snarled. Though Daybreak saw that Armageddon was backing down, she had no choice but to back down also.
"*Like, it might have been fun to kill you, but I have my restraints. So you're off the hook. For now.*"
Daybreak was wondering how did this Absol end up with a breeder, rather than a Rocket Grunt. If he was with Team Rocket, he'd probably be more allowed to hurt people for fun, and she had a reason to beat the crap out of him.
Hoping that Armageddon had learned his lesson, she tried to lose him by scampering off into the midst of the crowd.

"*Oh come on now, we both know that you wouldn't really kill me.*" Armageddon cooed, regaining his confidence. Maybe he should stop actilg like such a punk though, she obviously didn't like the mask he was putting on. Hell, he felt guilty about tripping the guy. Looks like not all girls liked bad boys.
She was definitley a police officer's pokemon alright. Sense of justice, hated crime, hated criminals. But she also had a soft side it seemed. But, if he kept this false bad boy persona going, she would probably never show that side to him.
And then she ran. Crap, she would probably get lost in the crowd. These people could be so insensetive, and not even look. Or she might go into the streets and...'No, don't think like that Armageddon.' He thought to himself, shaking his head.
"*Wait up!*" He called, rushing off after her. No way was he having her blood on his...paws. No way in hell.

Oh boy. What did he want now? Daybreak insisted her mind that finding Piney was more important than chatting with the Absol, but if he was going to be this persistent, then she'd better comply and have a talk with him. If that's what he wanted.
Not slowing down, she continued maneuvering in the crowd of people, bumping into their legs and bags. But she didn't care. Heck, if Armageddon couldn't keep up with her pace, then she didn't need to talk to him to shake him off in the first place.
She ended her mad dash in an empty alleyway, with no trash cans or humans. Daybreak stopped here in case another battle breaks out between them, and there wasn't any innocent bystanders for him to harm.
"*What do you want?*" She said to Armageddon, if he was trailing behind.

People stared as the Absol chased down the purple cat, giving him quizical looks. One tried to hold him back, resulting in a bite. Not just a n**, but an actual Bite attack. That sent the guy running.
Armageddon had to talk with Daybreak. He wanted to apologize for acting like a tough guy, which he really wasn't. Bumping into a few more people accidentally, Armageddon continued to chase her.
Armageddon followed Daybreak into the alley, slightly out of breath. The girl could run alright, but not so fast as to avoid him. If he wanted to talk to someone, he would hunt them down if determined enough. Hell, Zen had even called him a Stubborn Shadow.
"*I want...to apologize.*" Armageddon admitted, standing still, waiting for her reaction.

Apologize? Didn't just a second ago this guy jumped on her? Threw a trash can at someone? And she expected her to forgive him through a simple sentence?
Seriously was this just trying to say sorry so she wouldn't beat him up again? That was despicable in Daybreak's mind. Trying to gain her sympathy for his well-being...
... Or it was the other way around. He wanted to act like a maniac to make himself favorable in her eyes. No. She was certain that it was the former thought.
Turning to Armageddon, she gave him a cold glare and answered.
"*Apologize for what? You can't change your past actions. Now just leave me alone so I can find my officer!*"
Oops. She didn't mean to blurt out the last part. If she tried to retract her statement now, Daybreak would just look like a hypocrite.

"*For acting like someone I'm not.*" Armageddon said solemnly, bowing his head solemnly. Gah, he was such an idiot. And now she wanted him gone. Hw probably deserved it though. No, not probably, deffinetley.
"*I could help you find her you know. I've been to the police station before. And no, its not because I did something criminal.*" He offered, wishing to redeem himself at leas a tad bit in her eyes. Even though he didn't deserve it.
"*I know I can't change past actions, but I can redeem myself for them. And I want to start by making up my jerkish attitude towards you.*"

Blah blah blah. Daybreak didn't want to hear Armageddon's excuse for acting like a b*****d all the time, but prehaps he could help her find Piney. Through one reason or another.
Still, the time when she did pay attention to his words, it touched her slightly. Very slightly.
"*You think I haven't checked the police station already? Piney is barely there anyway, always off on a mission. In fact, we were on a mission before she dumped/lost me.
... And she's probably off using that damn Skitty. I have to find her.*"
Daybreak didn't want to like of what could happen if Piney used a barely trained Pokemon for police work. Either he would get a beating, she will, or both.

"*Well, what kind of mission were you on?*" He asked, sighing. Some women were just so hard to talk to. Always so stubborn, or just didn't want to pay attention to him.
"*Wait, a Skitty? Doesn't she know that those things are bred for their talent in contests?*" Armageddon asked in a suprised voice. If she was using a Skitty, and a hardly trained one at that, there would be bad outcomes. He shivered at that, wishing that he would stop thiking that way.
"*How much has the thing been trained?*" He asked quickly, starting to fear fro Piney. Even if she wasn't his trainer, she was Zen's friend, and that was enough for him. Once again, he shuddered at the thought of what might happen if they met someone dangerous.
