Yes, I know she's entered in a contest right now and there's a chance I'll get her soon enough (either in this or the next, or the next) but I always wanted to make a quest thread...

Name: Pauline, AKA “Polly wanna cracker?”
Age: 4-5 years old (By the third day she'll be talking a mile a minute)
Ethnicity/Breed: Phoenix girl
Eye Colour: Brown or gold, depending on her mood
Hair Color and Style: Her hair is red and gold, like fire, and moves like fire when she’s about to lose her temper. It’s shoulder length at its longest. She likes to chop it off pretty often.
Clothing: Hand made sleeveless shirts with lace up collars, Capri length pants, and a sash around her waist. She runs around barefoot all year round. She steals her Dad’s big plumed hat all the time, even if it looks silly on her. She could also have a bandanna/head wrap thing over her hair, probably not red, though.
Accessories: An old fashioned, one shot pistol (once she’s older), hoop earrings, a giant ruby on a golden chain necklace that she, once again, got from her dad.
Any Body Art?: Freckles! Especially over her nose. She could have her dad’s hook and clock hand symbol (shaped like the “Sickle and Mallet” design) tattooed on her shoulder, if you wanted.
Personality: She’s a hellion, and is more apt to be running all over the place rather than doing what she’s supposed to be doing. She acts like a boy, and until she gets boobs she’s going to pass herself off as a boy. Even then she’ll probably STILL act like a boy. She’s got a huge grin, usually when she’s about to do something mischievous.

Anything Else?: Wings are totally optional. You could make the feathers come from her arms, or do the back wings, or no wings at all. Or if you’d rather give her head wings, I wouldn’t mind, whichever you think looks best. In fact I’d be perfectly happy if you just rolled with the basic idea and made her however you pictured her. She’ll probably be a pyromaniac, though, as well as a kleptomaniac. She loves to steal her dad’s things, and her dad loves jewels. I might also mention that she’s a bit on the small side. Think 5’2-3 at full growth.

Things learned through writing her:
~Polly is absolutely fearless.
~Polly is a mimic, and copies Tock in everything. Unless she likes something he did earlier, better, that is.
~Polly is a nudist baby! Yay! Nakie!
~Polly doesn't talk much in company, unless she trusts them. Actions are better than words.
~Polly has a bit of a bad past from before the well NPC brought her to Tock.
~Polly can light up like a living torch, and usually does it at the worst possible times. (Thus, the bad past)
~Polly will definitely be a "Daddy's Girl."

~The Crew~

Jake - Jake is a skinny little black boy with long dreadlocks that follows Tock around everywhere. He's Tock's staunchest supporter for the position of captain, and he'll fight dirty if he has to, to get it. He's also the best at cooking of the pirates.

-Theme Song
Why did I choose Queen for her theme song? Because Tock's theme song is "Someone to Love" by Queen[x]
It's just funnier than hell that hers is about not being able to handle love. Maybe I've got a strange sense of humor.

-Phoenix Notes
Rising from the ashes, the phoenix never really dies.

-Thoughts on Polly's Character
I wanted a kid that would be pretty, because Natsu's style is so pretty it should be used properly, but I get bored doing sweet little things. I'm sorry, I'm MUCH better at RP'ing boys. So I thought--well, what about a wild little tomboy? And I wanted to use Tock, because I adore Tock, and well, one thing led to another and here's Polly!

The competition is actually a full custom, but Polly isn't one. I'll be the first to admit it. There's a few reasons for this, one being I trust Natsu's style and creativity in drawing better than I do my own^^ Another is, as long as she's got this wild personality, huge grin, can light up like a torch (aka, is a phoenix in some manner or form), and makes me laugh, I dun really care what she looks like. (Actually I do, I want a pretty baby, but, like I said, this is Natsu we're talking about.)

I'll admit it, I'm greedy! I've already got two gorgeous --Yes, Christian's gorgeous, don't give me that look-- CPK's, a half dozen side characters, and other kids from other shops and-- We get the picture. I don't NEED another kid.

But I want Polly. I think she'd help me run a project that will come up sooner or later, and besides, she's fun to write! There's nothing wrong with wanting another kid because you think you can write them, have time for them, and would have fun with them! And I will hold with that theory for the rest of my rp'ing life!
