The Lost Child in Question
Name
Dion
Age
Child
Brief History
In the timeline of island births, Dion was one of the younger kids to emerge from the cabbages. Ever since, the boy has been secretly (and sometimes not-so-secretly) sulking over his relative youth and all too eager to prove to himself that he's perfectly capable at everything the older kids can do. He's talented and self-disciplined enough to make good progress on that goal, and he works hard at any chores he's assigned to. But in his free time, he's probably still too much of an adrenaline junkie to let Ahja rest easy. His considerable luck's bound to run out some time, even if he's always managed to escape with mere scrapes and bruises up till now. Dion wades into the shallows of chaos now and then, especially when someone mistakes him for easy pickings for a raid, but still he prefers the organized chaos of the Treehut to the pirates' free-for-all, liberating as the latter may be.
Brief Personality
It's easy to underestimate Dion, who likes to hype up Teh Cute and play up the childish charm. Hidden under his playfulness, there's a shrewd, perceptive mind, and hidden it will stay, as the boy has never felt the need to prove his worth to anyone but himself. Unfortunately for his personal safety (and Ahja's peace of mind), though, this daredevil has recklessly extreme means of testing the limits of his skills, and he would all too happily fight back (and, what's more, fight back with surprising competence) if provoked. Socially, Dion is usually happy to lend a quiet helping hand to fellow Treehutters or pipe up with suggestions to improve the efficiency of this or that. Just doing his part in making the world more orderly, yessir.
Physical Description
With golden curls, twinkling blue eyes, and dimpled cheeks, babyfaced Dion is cute as a cherub and plays up those good looks with frequent smiles. Lithe and thin as a reed, Dion has a certain wiry strength and endurance to his frame despite looking as though the next strong gust will snap him in half. He keeps his clothes as neat and clean as is practical on the island.
