Santa Claus, Arizona is getting ready for Christmas. The humans are cheerfully gathering to volunteer their help to orphanages and churches in the seasonal spirit. The holiday cheer and happiness has drawn the spirits of winter to this warm place. The elves, snowpeople, and angels have gathered around Santa Claus and disguised themselves as humans to experience the little town.
But some of the less wintery spirits dislike these benevolent spirits. They don't like that the spirits of the northern areas of the world are intruding in on their green territory. So the unhappy spirits decide to drive the winter spirits out of their towns.

The Winter Spirits

Elves;
XxXxXxA male-dominant species of small-pointy eared humanoids. Elves are warm-hearted and creative. They are good workers and love whatever job they're put to. They are wonderful at creating toys, and are good at tiny details. All have beautiful teeth, and if they didn't make toys, they'd be wonderful dentists.

Snowmen;
XxXxXxThe snowmen species is completely male. They are very susceptable to heat, but don't mind going south every now and then. Snowmen are very handsome, and don't need to mate. They simply make their own out of snow.

Snow Angels;
XxXxXxSnow spirits. They are mostly men, and can control snow. They can make it snow anywhere they wish, but can't do a global snow-drift. The amount of snow they can make fall depends on their age. They have a life-span of a thousand years, but can be killed by fire.

Warm-Weather Spirits

Gnomes;
XxXxXxA species that thrives in tribes. They are short, usually stout, and have a fondness for pointy hats. They thrive in warm-weather, and are excellent excavators.

Sand People;
XxXxXxA completely female species. They are referred to as mirages. They often live in deserts and mate with delirious men. They're very kind spirits, but moody. If angered they conjure up sandstorms, but afterwards they're very weak.

Warm Angels;
XxXxXxA female-dominant species who control weather. They love lounging in warm weather. They're described as beautiful creatures, and all have beautiful singing voices. They are also referred to as 'sirens' in ancient texts.

The Book

Ana grew up in Santa Claus. She was born on Christmas Eve, which makes her a little unsatisfied with the holiday season. Every years she gets Christmas themed presents, but she still pretends she loves them and Christmas. At age 12, she moved in with her uncle in Vermont because her parents died. She reveled in being out of the town. She loved the town, and found the snow very relaxing. When she turned 18, she moved back to Santa Claus, her holiday spirit renewed after the years in the snow-covered state. She had a bit of trouble adjusting to the warm temperatures.

The Play

Ana is a happy girl. She loves life and Christmas. She's very friendly and hardworking. She works in construction, and hopes to be an architect. She's going to college in the city near Santa Claus, but spends her breaks and weekends in Santa Claus. She's very studious, and when she sets her mind to something, she works towards it until she completes the task. She also works hard to get what she wants.

The Book

Pepper grew up the normal Christmas elf way. But as he grew older he started finding that he had a gift in his magic that allowed him to appear and even act very human. Due to his incredible acting abilities Santa chose him to work as an agent in the human world. It’s his job to try and raise Christmas spirit in the most wonderful time of the year, then every year after Christmas he has to find a believable way to dispose of the character he had created to help that year, often acting out a dramatic suicide. He has been doing this for years.

The Play

Happy, and lively, Pepper is a very stereotypical Christmas elf. He sings and dances, and most of all loves parties. He can not help but have fun at every opportunity presented to him, it’s in his nature after all. When ever her is presented with free time he always uses it to creating something for a new friend he has made.
