I have to say that all of them have their faults and parts that enjoy throughly.
In my mind, anime is probably the best. The stars series was my favorite series and Seyia and Usagi are my favorite pairing.
-Even though, the manga had incredible art and Mamoru is not such a jerk. Also, it has a very awesome ending.
-The live action series has the form Princess Sailor Moon. (Which I think is super cute)
-They also have the creepy puppet cats... ha ha ha

I like Musical, Manga and PGSM. I've long since started to dislike the Anime because the director was so bias about it. He dumb everything down and even left things out-which ticked me off because the original was a GOOD story.
The Musicals are great because they even do What If things and come up with their own. And in all- Tuxie gets a great role.
Which is probably why I like them more. I like PGSM because it gives the Shitennou and Mamoru a better background a feel to it. It's a project that Naoko T. worked on closely with.
So, yeah, the only thing about Anime I like is the Villains and their background stories on why they were a villain in the first place (Minus the Animates.)

I greatly prefer the manga over any of the others. Sailor Moon manga is what I grew up knowing the best, and it's the real original (of course). I always enjoy seeing Naoko's original art, too.
The anime, I never got really far. I only watched the dub up to about episode 60. D: I didn't get to even see Super Sailor Moon! And no Starlights. I guess I'm biased to the manga because of this.
Anything else, such as PGSM and musicals...I've never seen them, so I can't say that I like them. Dx

Guh, I don't know. >.<
Currently I am working on watching all the anime, yet again! I never really got to read the manga. I could never find the volumes I needed. -had like, 9, 11, and 12.-
PGSM, I've seen half of it. And I thought it was awesome what they did with Mecury. <3
I think I am one of those fans that just love everything about it. ^-^

I didn't even know there was a Sailor Moon musical. Right now I prefer the storyline in the Manga but the anime is good to watch when I've nothing better to do.

im workin on reading the manga online but i havent gotten very far yet XD
watched the anime in english and i think i'll have to make a point of watching it again subbed
i havent seen pgsm and i'm not sure i want to oO maybe i'll watch it when i have nothing else to do lol
if i had to choose i think i'd choose the manga

Well all can be found on Youtube and Veoh. I actually have favored a few of the Musicals that's been subbed. Some of them work with the Manga story line and some did their own interpretations of it. It's amusing.

Vivid Fizz I didn't even know there was a Sailor Moon musical. Right now I prefer the storyline in the Manga but the anime is good to watch when I've nothing better to do. I knew there was one, but I have never seen it.

I think I prefer the manga...
Although, I just bought the box set of the 5 seasons and the movies. I have never seen the whole series before, so now i just have to wait for Amazon to deliver it!

personally I prefer the manga It may have a sadder conclusion but I like that it has more senshi. there are just so many characters that you don't see in the anime. heart

I love all the forms for one reason or another but I have to say my favorite is the musicals. Its like condensed versions of the anime and manga with dramatic singing flair. <3
