So lets go over some basic rules for farming
1) The loot sure is great.
2) There is no penance for those who walk into a clam nest by themselves.
3) Crewing with random strangers is never a good idea.
4) If you want to fight the queen without fighting all those pesky sprouts that spawn when you fight hr, lure her down into that little cove the anchor bug chest used to be.
5) Marshall is probably a serial rapist.
6) Being in a crew that chats freely is a fun crew.
7) Stick together. Random patrols are unexpected and will come down on you like a sack of gravity should you dare stray from the safety of the group.
eight) there is no truer rule then Rule 1.
9) Defibrillate should always occupy the first ring slot (also known as a "finger")
10) There are some rings that just suck.

find safe spots in the shallow seas
1. after defeating the fist set of guard go right and down but not off the guard screen but down. If have done this correctly yo shall see a clam defending this area. This is safe.
2. another corner as one clam also south of the screen on the right hand side. Usually you go there after opening chest number two and to lure the 2nd set of guards.
3. above the sea horse tail after defeating the guards once again is safe, you can lure them there also not to attract patrol.
4. Same area as the guards in #3 this time go up. You shall see 4 clams in this area. this is safe. the screen are about this part is also safe. if your in the right spot when you go up, you should see the area where anchor bugs are crawling on your screen.
this concludes all the safe spots in shallow seas
