I'm just happy that Chloe and Derek got together.
Finally. A couple that I actually want in a book.
I wish they had more time to be together...

I loved Derek. Simon was okay but he bugged the hell outta me cuz he was hitting on Chloe when she should obviously belonged with Derek. I can't wait to read more about them in the up coming books. Apparently Kelleys going to include them in Maya's story biggrin

It was obvious in the beginning of the series Chloe would end up with Derek, and in the second book that Simone and Tori were siblings when the demi-demon (Dileni or something along the lines of that) mentioned how Tori was half Sorcerer. I feel bad for Liz, but it is a good thing she died because she was such a helpful character as a ghost.

Okay, so in the first book I was all for Chloe and Simon, but then I found out Derek was a werewolf, and knew immidiatly Chloe would end up with him because in almost every book that includes werewolves the heroine always ends up with the werewolf. (except in twilight... curse you Stepanie Meyers! Team Jacob forever!)
*ahem* In the Reckoning, I was really mad at Simon and Chloe on their date. She knew she didn't like him why would she go on a date with him!? And Simon was so hard on her about it! O:<
Then every time Chloe and Derek were about to kiss someone ALWAYS interrupted them! I mean, I wanted to read about one kiss between them and I can't believe I had to wait till the end. But I loved the ending <3
except the fact there isn't a next book! The adventure must continue!!!!
Okay I'm done now ^_~

I really hope Armstrong does give a cami to Derek, Chloe and the others in the Gathering and sequel books. It would go along with her pattern from the Otherworld series, where the characters of the first book or two meet, greet and befriend the main characters of the next book and so on.
Question: Are you Allie or Christy? You used both the <3 as well as the ^_~ indicators . . . . .

But it's Christy now <3

I really hope Chloe and Derek are mentioned in the next books! scream I want to see more of Derek! He's sooo heart heart heart I just love him! With Derek and Chloe, and their gang befriending the other main characters in Kelley Arstrong's books, things will take a hectic turn, as things always seem to do in her books. biggrin
