 Axel had decided he was going to spend this war sneaking into the enemy camp and causing as much havoc as he could. It was more fun that way! Having snuck into Antar's camp (it wasn't easy), he spotted an important looking fancy tent and slipped inside. Spotting a bookish looking fellow he grinned widely before attacking, leaping at him to try and knock him to the ground. HP: 20

 HP: 18 Rillian happily compared two reports on a battle from some eye witnesses. He'd have to change a few notes but he was sure he could make it sound like the Darkness follower fought bravely despite having lost. As he set the papers down. Something slammed into him and he went sprawling to the ground. "Darkness take you! I just fixed this place up you carnival pest!" Rillian snapped as he turned around. Yet when he looked at Axel he didn't find the purple haired carny he'd been expecting. "You...your not him..." He stammered before grabbing a nearby feather quill and attempting to jab Axel in the arm. "Get off me!"

Axel cocked his head curiously at being mistaken for a carnie, but grinned as the bookworm realized his mistake. Even as he was stabbed deeply by that quill, he doesn't even wince, or back up, his grin only widening further as he tries to backhand Rillian across the face. HP: 16

HP: 14The backhand was hard enough that it turned Rillians head to one side. His glasses slipped off one ear and he had to throw a hand out to keep from knocking his head off the floor. He blinked his red eyes as he placed his other hand on his jaw. "That...that h-hurt." He stammered as his unease began to grow. Not even when the purple haired demon had been trying to bite him had he felt this creeped out. That could only mean...the other boy was Cursed! With a start of fright, Rillian fluttered his wings and attempted to knock Axel off him with the hand he had been cupping his face with. "Get off! Get away! Marc!! Help!"

Axel just laughed at the librarian's predicament. "It was s'posed ta hurt, silly shadow boy!" He took a small blow from Rillian but just grinned again and lashed out a foot at the bookworm's face. "Nobody gonna help ya, boyo!" HP: 14

HP: 13Rillian reached a hand up and straightened his glasses on his nose. As he did so with one hand, he grabbed up a fallen book with the other. Which turned out to be a good move on his part. He lifted the book up like a shield against Axel's kick. He felt the cursed foot hit one of his fingers, but it was better that then...oh..say his face? Frowning a little in an attempt to hide his fright, Rillian swung out with the book in an attempt to smack Axel. "I..I...can handle you m-myself then." He stammered.

Axel snickers as the book is swung at him, he grabs it instead of trying to dodge it. "Go ahead, handle me... I might like it!" He winks and tries to throw Rillian, both still holding onto the book, into a table. HP: 13

HP: 10Rillian gave Axel a look of disgust at his commented. "Ugh! I already h-have a h-husband" He stammered. Before he had a chance to say anything more, Rillian found himself thrown into one of the small tables he had a collection of parchment on. With a crash and rattle, the table broke. Rillian moaned in pain as he rolled to his feet. He staggered a little, but managed to grab a broken leg of the table, and he took a swing at Axel.

Axel stalks over towards him with a maniacal grin after the crash. "Maybe when I'm done with ya he won't want ya anymore eh? Hangin' round a Cursed 'n'all?" He leers, as he blocks the table leg aside, probably earning a few splinters but not reacting to it at all as he goes for a solid kick to Rillian's kneecap. HP: 12

HP: 9"Gnyeeeeeh!" Rillian actually made a panicked sound at the comment and leer he received from the cursed. Rill scrambled backwards to put some distance between him and Axel, which aided him in nearly avoiding the kick to his shins. Rillian was so freaked out he never even noticed the near miss. he merely turned and bolted for the far side of the tent. "Keep away!" He yelled as he pushed a stack of books off a table and behind him at Axel.

"Hahaha, the sound of true love...why, it looks like we've even got the same color eyes..." He skirts the pile of books, though one lands on his foot, and rushes towards him, attempting to grab his shoulders to keep him still as he leans in with a chuckle, right before attempting a headbutt. HP: 11

HP: 6There was no way for Rillian to manage to calm himself to think clearly. Axel had him in a state of terror the likes of which he'd never felt when facing any other opponents. He'd rather face the purpled haired carny for a week straight then deal with this one encounter. Rillian couldn't help giving a shrill little scream when Axel grabbed his shoulders. He wriggled them and flapped his wings as hard as he could to try and get free. Instead, his head snapped back from the headbutt, and his knees collapsed under him. He grabbed at Axel's wrist with one hand and tried to shake his head clear. "Let...go..." He mumbled before he grabbed a letter opener from the mess of the table next to him and tried to poke Axel.

Axel just laughed, even as he was stuck with the letter opener. He pulls his arm away, the pointy object still stuck in it, before lashing out with a straight jab at Rillian's face. Maybe he'd even break those little cute glasses of his in the process. HP: 8

HP: 3Axel's fist met Rillian's face. he heard something crack as his head jerked back. he grabbed Axel's arm with his hand to keep himself from falling, but his eight was spinning. it it weren't for his hold on Axel he would have fallen at this point. Rillian's ears twitched slightly at the tip as he tried to step on Axel's foot.

Axel heard something crack in his foot, looked down, and even though he couldn't feel pain he figured something broke. Glancing back up at Rillian he grinned. "Hey, nice one...now if you'd only stop actin' all scared-like, you can maybe beat me!" He chuckled a bit. "As much as I love feelin' yer touch there, I promise you can handle me later, I'm sure I'll be back!" He removes Rillians hand from his arm and squeezes hard, intent on maybe breaking his wrist. HP: 4
