Characters appearance: Average height with long black hair with dark blue streaks, that go down to her waist. She either lets it down or ties it back. Character Traits: Quiet and "mysterious", she doesnt really trust anyone except her close friends. This seems to have something to do with her past. She has a sacrastic wit that sometimes hurts, and she is extremely stubborn in some ways. To her friends, she's friendly, understanding, and most of the time careful, though she can be reckless. He had dark red hair that falls to his shoulders and always seems to cover his face. His eyes are a dark green, and seems to darken more when his mood chagnes. He's pretty. Not handsome. Pretty. ((old pic of Celine)) Character Traits: Secretive, prefers to be alone, can be harsh and unforgiving (especially when students don't pay attention), quick to remove house points, except for when it comes to her Slytherin students. Because of all this, Celine has never been beloved by her students and reminds many of her predecessor, but she is respected for her knowlege of rare and complicated potions for one of such a young age. Celine also secretly has a small collection of Muggle items (mainly CDs) that she keeps- nearly all of them the only relics she has of her mother. Character History: The abbreviated version: Celine's mother was killed by Voldemort when she was a few months old, and was sent by Severus to live with her uncle and aunt, who were emotionally cold to her but otherwise raised her as their daughter. Until they were killed the summer of her (??) birthday, she believed them to be her parents, but later found out who they really were and that Severus Snape was her actual father. Feeling betrayed, she nearly becomes a Death Eater herself, until Voldemort asks Celine to kill Severus as proof of her alligence. She of course does not, which leads to a closer relationship between the two. Celine had already been quite adept at potions, so Severus taught her all he knew. As she grew older, Severus was out of contact for longer and longer periods of time, while out spying for the Order. This year, she is old enough to teach Potions, and so steps in for her father while he is needed on a very important and dangerous (moreso than usual) mission. Severus has now been out of contact for 3 1/2 months. ************************************************************* Name: Kohana Kamea Genji Age: 15 House: Gryffindor Pet: none Character Appearance: medium-length dark purple hair which she usually wears down or tucked behind her ears, blue eyes, and pale skin. Approximate height is 5'1" and 110 lbs (she's often mistaken for being 11 rather than 15). Likes to wear long sleeved shirts and skirts when not in uniform, usually light blue and occasionally some black. Character Traits: Kohana is quiet, a bit shy, really sweet, and naive in many ways. She can sometimes be seen carrying an unidentifyable plushie (is it a cat? a rabbit? a doll?) named Pepito. Character History: Kohana's parents were both pureblood wizards who went to go live as muggle hippies when Voldemort began to rise the first time. When Kohana was eight, they were killed for deserting their 'kind' by Death Eaters, who then kidnapped the little girl. Kohana was raised among the Death Eaters, and initiated against her will so that she could be used for Voldemort's cause. She soon learned that if she disobeyed any direct order, there would be severe consequenses so she did her best to 'behave' and spent many nights crying before she came to Hogwarts. There, she was no longer given 'missions' daily and could relatively enjoy life again.

Character appearance: thick, curly red hair that falls to her shoulder blades and vibrantly green eyes. She is rather tall compared with her friends, 5' 10, and is lanky, with long legs. She has the look of someone who exceeds in atheletics. Can be seen in muggle clothes when classes are not amidst; such as jeans, t-shirts, and flip-flops. (may add more or change later.)
Character traits: She has a tendancy to be bossy, unreasonable, arrogant, stubborn, and is not one to try to push around. Has a problem with authority. She is instantly mistrustful of most people outside her group of friends. Clever, she sometimes comes off as a smart-a** because she has a reply for everything. Hates whining, complaining, or sympathy digging. She may sometimes try to comfort others, but often only makes it worse. Though sarcastic and cynnical, is compassionate and protective of her friends, and knows how to take charge in a crisis. An exceptional dueler, she's very good with offensive and defensive spells, very good at quidditch, which landed her a spot on the team as keeper. Adventurous and somewhat reckless, though undeniably fun-loving, her temper has been known to get the better of her. Loves quidditch and prank playing with a passion.(Yeah, I know, Jade right? Well, I happen to like her so deal. May add more later)
Character history: Alright, I'm feeling incredibly uncreative at the moment, so I'm gonna use Soleil's old history.
Jade Alanis was born in France to incredibly in love English parents. They moved there when she was born because Voldemort seemed more powerful than ever. After Voldemort's fall, they decided to stay.
Jade's father had a brother. They were nearly identical twins. But where Jade's father was strong, brave, and intelligent, his brother was weak, stupid, and cowardly. This brother saw Voldemort as the future, and joined with the death eaters, much to the protests of his family. I daresay he did any good, he was a particularly bad wizard, and he always failed at what he was told to do. But he was an animangus, a cochroach (irony, neh?), which made him a particularly gifted information gatherer. One day he found out too much.
He fled for France. He had found out a secret of Voldemort's by accident. And Voldemort knew. This was the eve of his fall.
So it turns out that Jade's uncle, the cochroach, lived by pure luck. He lived with his brother's family until Jade was five, when he died of heart failure. Certainly not a huge tragedy.
So Jade was brought up in France. She was perfectly bilengual, having English speaking parents, but still having to get by in a Frech-speaking country. Her family was wealthy; her father owned a particularly busy wand shop, and they lived in a large house in a nice neighborhood. She had a very happy, if not somewhat spoiled, childhood.
And when it was time for Jade to attend a wizarding school, her parents thought she should attend only the best: Hogwarts. They both attended, of course, her father being in Gryffindor and her mother being in Ravenclaw. So, while they still stayed in France, they sent Jade off to Hogwarts every year.
Then, the summer that she turned 14, everything changed. Paranoia was everywhere, rumors that Voldemort had come back were about.
It was her birthday. She had a huge party, exceptionally good presents, and all of her closest friends were there. Her father gave her a firebolt. She still remembered what the card had said. "Happy Birthday, Jade. You will achieve great things." She and her mother had left the next day to visit her grandmother.
And then he came. Voldemort arrived at their house while they were gone. He still remembered Jade's Uncle's treason, and was determined to make sure it didn't leak out. He found Jade's father there, the spitting image of his brother. Voldemort killed her father and did not bother dispose of the body.
On their return, Jade's mother was first to see the body of her dead husband. She fell apart and could not be put back together. A danger to herself and others, Jade was forced to put her into St. Mungo's where she could be under constant supervision. Jade visits her during breaks.
Not even all of Jade's closest friends know the secrets about her past. Jade never talks about it, and no one really knows or asks where she stays during the summer. But this is the origin of a lot of of Jade's cynnicism, sarcasm, and insensitivity. She is convinced that no one can hurt her now. But if you look close enough, and few people do, you can see the shadow of a wound that may never heal.
(Okay, that's a bit better, not quite so far-fetched.)

Okay, quite frankly, I'm tired of there not being enough teachers. One of my favorite parts of this guild is not having to just RP lessons, but actually having teachers doing them. McGonagall is by no means my main character. I'll just RP her when needed.

Character appearance: Brown hair, and green eyes. She's pretty, but a little on the chubby side, and because of that, is usually ignored by guys (except one, of course!)
Character traits: She loves her friends, is loyal, mischevious, smart enough to get herself out of most predicaments, and can be stubborn as a mule. Her trust can be hard to earn, but that is because of her history. She is also well-liked by many of the teachers, due to her having to live in the castle for so long (see history).
Well Known Fact: Draco has my heart! heart *points to her siggy* xd
Character history: Mirage motions for everyone to join her, spreading out a blanket. Sitting herself in front of everyone, she looks over at the lake, watching the ripples of the waves.
I'm half-Muggle. My father is a wizard. He loved my mother when they first met, and married her, but it wasn't too long after my mother became pregnant with me that he joined up with Voldemort. Mirage laughs evilly. He had a ingenious plan. He'd put the Imperio Curse on her and use her to find out where various witches and wizards were hiding, and kill them, and then use the Legillimens curse on her to keep tabs on what she knew. Because she was pregnant with me, it's my theory that his constant use of those curses were what gave me my "gift"....to feel what others feel. When I was born, my father was rarely home, but when he was, he'd try to pretend that things were normal, but my mom says I'd never go to him...I always cried whenever we were in the same room. It was when I was old enough to speak that I was finally able to tell my mother about the darkness. She, at first wouldn't believe me, but after awhile, when my magical abilities started to take shape, she changed her mind. She did some searching, and somehow managed to find out my father was a wizard, and a Death Eater at that....she found all this out from a witch named Heda who'd been a Death Eater too, and had known my father well, before she'd gone into hiding. My mother took me, and we went into hiding with Heda.
Mirage takes a deep breath.
Heda found out that Voldemort had convinced my father to kill me and my mother, telling him that we were strings that needed to be cut...that muggle blood should no longer taint the once-pure wizard blood. She found a safer place for my mother, but asked to keep me with her, to teach me Occlumency. Unfortunatly, during the first lesson, we were warned my father had found our hiding place, and so I hid behind the couch before he came in the door. He killed Heda! He killed her for being a so-called "traitor" and for not telling him where my mother and I were. I heard her screams....of pain...of terror....and the darkness...it was horrible...worse than I've ever felt it before or since.
Mirage takes a few breaths to calm herself once more.
Anyways, a deal was struck with Dumbledore by another friend of my mother's, and I was sent here 2 years early, and forbidden to leave the grounds without a guardian nearby, due to the threat of my father. After the first few chaotic years, things were finally settling down for me as I entered my fifth of classes year here. An old professor gave me Raditz to comfort myself, and he's proven to be a loyal friend. And, this year, I met Draco...my love. She goes and kisses his cheek. My troubles are not over yet, but with the help of my love, and my friends, I'll survive. Just expect the unexpected when it comes to me!

Pet: Flying Fox (aka fruit bats) called Caeco (pronounced 'kay-koh') who delivers my mail.
Fave subject: Defense Against the Dark Arts
Character appearance: Fairly tall at 178cms (I think that's about 5"11, but don't quote me on that!) and with waist-length, blonde hair that is usually caught up in a ponytail. Dark brown eyes that can either extremely menacing or beautifully warm, depending on her mood. She always wears her tie slightly loose as she hates to button her shirt all the way to the top (can't breathe!). When she's not in uniform she usually can be found wearing baggy pants/jeans, skimpy tops and sneakers.
Character traits: Fairly sporty and a bit of a tomboy so she surprises people when she acts 'girly'. Has a tendancy to look serious or menacing when she's thinking, although she is fun-loving and a bit of a goof when she has friends around. Intelligent, but with a large streak of smart-arse in her personality she is prone to getting herself told off. Fiercly loyal to her friends and always there for them (even though people crying makes her uncomfortable). She hates to be wrong and to lose with a passion, but when she does she isn't sore or bitter about it (well... not with anyone else around :wink)
Character history: Originally from the Nucca-Nucca School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in central Australia, Kiita was forced to transfer to Hogwarts after her school was demolished by a pack of rampaging Antipodean Opaleye dragons, starved from a drought. Although she'd always wanted to travel overseas, she is still having a bit of trouble adjusting to the cold weather and the colloquial slang used in Britain.

Character appearance: Stands at about 5''7 to 5''8. Has ebony hair that falls to below her bottom, with two streaks of silver in it. The silver is generally tied into two balls on either side of her head, with the ebony part of her hair flowing free. Her eyes are a deep shade of pink ringed with gold. She generally wears t-shirts or tank tops, with shorts, skirts or pants depending on the weather. Usually wears sandals or shoes with a one-to-two inch heel. Wears a black necklace around her neck with her favorite quote eblazened on the six-pointed gold star. Her skin tone is pale, because she doesn't go outside often.
Favorite Quote: If it makes you truly happy, it can't be that bad.
Special Abilities: A very mild ability to see the future, but her visions are usually very vague and don't make much sense. She is telepathic, which means she can delve into people's minds, but it is a trait she rarely uses. Her telepathy also gives her extreme headaches at times. She does have telekinetics, but most of the time literally forgets she has the ability and just does things herself.
Character traits: Secretive, very moody, snappish when interrupted. She can be happy one moment and angry the next with little explanation. She is rather unsociable, and finds it difficult to make friends. She can be stubborn, but sometimes she will back down if she decides that it's not worth fighting over. She hates sports of any kind, and is terrified of heights and spiders. She also loves to read, and while she detests getting out of bed, she doesn't mind school. She is one of those people who doesn't like to show off, but does like being praised.
Character history: She's originally from the US. Her father (Tori) is a muggle American, her mother (Cassie) a witch from England. Her father went to college in England and met Adorae's mother. They fell in love, and after Cassie had graduated from Hogwarts they moved to Canada to avoid Voldemort's threat.
Adorae had a pretty much normal growing up, except for the times when she would make weird things happen. She didn't discover she was a witch until she turned twelve years old and was mugged in an alley. Her magic asserted itself to protect her, and Cassie's heritage came out.
Adorae also has a lot of siblings; two older and three younger. Out of the six Wakanda children, only Adorae and her younger brother have enough magic in need of training. Her younger brother still attends Starlight Moon [Adorae's old school], while Adorae transfered to Hogwarts.
She was supposed to start going when she was 14, but the summer before what would have been her fourth year, her uncle's house was attacked. Adorae was staying there at the time and was present for the devestation the Death Eaters created. She watched her uncle, aunt and cousins die and only escaped by pure luck.
While the attack was happening, Adorae was forced to watch as a Death Eater used Legilemens on her uncle to get information while torturing him. Because of this, each time Adorae uses her mental powers she has "flashbacks" to her uncle's pain. Therefore, she rarely uses them until she has to.
She spent a year recuperating from the mental images of the attack and is technically a year behind. However, she is a quick learner and had extra lessons with Hogwarts professors, so she is not too far behind.

House: Professors aren't associated with any houses, but Retsis was a Slytherin when he was at Hogwarts as a student.
Favorite Subject: Defense Against the Dark Arts (professor), Potions
Pet: A palm dragon named Xochilt
Character Appearance: Retsis wears black all of the time. His hair is jet black, and flows in waves down past his shoulders. His eyes are a glinting black, deep, and full of pain. On his left arm he bears the Dark Mark, though few ever see it and those who know about it tell no one.
Character Traits: Retsis' demeanor always is cold, and he seems aloof and haughty. Really, his personality is warm, but he has seen and caused much pain in his lifetime. He is not generally considered a pleasant person to be around, simply because his cold 'aura' makes other uncomfortable. Retsis is also a master of the art of Summoning and far more than adept at Potions, though the first practice is generally considered to be a dark practice, and so he does not speak of it often. With his most advanced and trusted students, however, he may speak of Summoning, indeed, even teach it, for it does not have to be dark.
Character History: Retsis and went through Hogwarts long before Voldemort's rise to power. He was a member of Slytherin House, and one of the most powerful mages ever to come through Hogwarts. He excelled in all subjects, and even some not taught in the school. He eventually used his talents to become an Auror. When Voldemort took the world in the grip of his power, Retsis fell to being a Death Eater, one of Voldemort's top men. Shortly before the fall of Voldemort himself, Retsis realized the error of his ways. His control over summoned creatures was invaluable when it came to deposing those left when Voldemort was destroyed. Retsis was eventually forgiven by the Ministry and now holds a teaching position at Hogwarts. ((This history needs some serious work...I'll try to rewrite it sometime in the near future and repost it. Wow...it is really poor))
