Elvaan Village : Il'terse

Haughty and vain, the Elvaan people keep to themselves in their sparkling village. Though not as visually daunting as some much larger Elvaan cities, Il'terse is formidable because of the fine intricacies that can be noted in all of the work that can be found in the village. Though pride may make some deny it, much of the finer metalwork was done by an elite Dwarven smith who spent his time traveling [odd for one of their kind] and constructing buildings for those who wanted them.

Il'terse rarely sees visitors, for fear of the contamination of the proud Elvaan bloodline. The leader of the Elvaan people, an almost ancient being by human standards [he's almost 170 years old], is wise and rules his people well, though he has a great fear of drastic changes. This, however, does not stop the old Elvaan male from listening to new ideas pertaining to certain things, and even trying new things every once in a blue moon.
