YUSS!! I found my sketchbook again so now I can color some stuff and see if Aki will let me scan it tomorrow! WHOOT!
I luv her, she rox, she lets me come over and chill and then she sometimes comes over and helps me clean my room, hopefully like tomorrow...lol
anyways, Z's seeing POTC3 with Jordan, so I'm gna ask her how it was, but i do NOT wnt details till I see it, prolly Mon. when the crowds aren't as bad...atleast...I hope they wont be as bad...
I really can't wait to see it. I've grown to love Keira Knightley's acting (this being one of the first movies with her I've seen), plus Johnny Depp is so frickin hilarious and Orlando Bloom has his own comedy routine in here (the stick up the a** stand up guy) lol PLUS! Chow Yung Fat is in it! I can't wait to see that! (aka Bulletproof Monk, haven't seen it? GO! NOW! WATCH IT! the graphics ROCK and it's a pretty awesome storyline too)
okay but anyways, I'm not on here to talk about movies (although I could) but no.
So I have to re-memorize 'Color of the Wind' by Pocahontas, and then I have a Spanish EC assignment, A family tree (for span.) assignment, and an ELA assignment, ELA I'm not too worried about tho.
Today we had guest speakers for Career Day, we went to different classrooms for the different careers, five stick out in my head, Arts, Animals, Comp. Engineering, Public Service and Sports
in Arts: we had Louie G. and our High School Music teacher for the presenters they were pretty awesome and told us some stuff about the people they had met and how even though it's hard you have to control yourself when you meet the famous peeps
in Animals: one of the teachers trains dogs as guide dogs and the like, she had a black lab and I ended up asking if I could give him a hug (his name's Vander) and I almost cried cuz it reminded me of my old dog Maggie. But i didnt and I'm proud of that.
in Comp/Animation Engineering: we met Mrs. Beard (our chorus teacher's) husband, Mr. Beard who does Animation adn stuff, it was pretty sweet he said that if you were into anime/manga that this career might be good for you. Def. thinking about it.
in Public Servants: we had a Naval, Computer Engineer in to speak about the Navy and stuff, the basics y'know, and our DARE officer come in to talk about the police force and K-9 unit.
in Sports: we had a Sports Coloumnist come in (he does the reports for the BMets) and the BMets GM come in to talk, I got some advice from the coloumnist, to keep writing and to practice as much as I can, maybe join the school paper or something because I told him I loved to write and I wanted some advice if he had some.
Oh and I got the roots of my hair touched up. WHOOT! lol
anyways, I think this blog is wayyyy long enough.
