Appearance: Uchiha Lawliet has blue spiky messy hair that falls over his face. His red eyes shine with the sun or moon. He has wide expressionless eyes. He has a long sleeved grey shirt with blue jeans.(not baggy.) His hands rarely escape from his pockets. His back is hunched as if he always bends over.
Weapons:
Black Dragon Katana - A katana made for stealth. It is comprised of black stainless steel.However when the steel was created it was made deadly by using an acidic poison which is deadly enough to kill a healthy man within eight hours. It's quite light, weighing only around 4 or 5 pounds. When unsheathing is is nearly soundless due to the rich carving of the blade. An excellent choice for a shinobi tool. It is placed waist length and at his back horizontally by the black belt around his waist.
Kusarigama-A typical black sickle and chain weapon. The blade of the sickle is made from a similar metal and poison to the Black Dragon Katana. At the end of the chain is a spiked ball that is around a pound or so in weight. The entire weapons is a length of ten feet. The chain is wrapped around Lucius's waist while the blade is placed just above the katana and is sheathed in the belt

Techniques:
Most of Lawliets techniques can be categorized into groups. However some can not. Each technique is listed here.
Taijutsu:
Lawliet uses his own style of fighting without any specific type of moves. However he does have several sword techniques. He has become a near master of the art of Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryū [Flying Heaven Honorable Sword Style].
Doryūsen (Earth Dragon Strike)
"Doryūsen" is a range technique that sends debris flying at the enemy from a powerful sword strike to the ground.
Ryūtsuisen (Dragon Hammer Strike)
The "Dragon Hammer" is a sword-drop technique delivered from above, targeting the crown of the head or the shoulder of the adversary. The key to the technique lays in the height gained from the user’s jump and the free-fall, which is applied to the sword to multiply the force of the sword-stroke.
Ryūtsuisen ~ Zan (Dragon Hammer Strike ~ Tragedy)
The "Zan" is a brutal variant of the “Dragon Hammer”, which instead plunges the sword into the adversary with a sword-plant rather than simply striking them.
Ryūshōsen (Soaring Dragon Flight)
An upward, double-handed slash, often delivered with a jump. The main target is the opponent's neck.
Ryūtsuishōsen (Dragon Hammer Flight Strike)
This is a combination technique which executes Ryūshōsen immediately after Ryūtsuisen.
Ryūkansen (Dragon Spiral Strike)
The "Dragon Spiral" is a move which takes advantage of centrifugal force to accelerate the force of blade while simultaneously avoiding the adversary's assault, shifting directly into a counterattack.
Ryūkansen ~ Tsumuji (Dragon Flash Spiral)
Differs from the normal Ryūkansen, in that the swordsman is in motion while spinning.
Ryūkansen ~ Kogarashi (Dragon Spiral Strike ~ Wintry Wind)
Differs from the normal Ryūkansen, in that the target is the opponent's head.
Ryūkansen ~ Arashi (Dragon Spiral Strike ~ Storm)
Differs from the normal Ryūkansen, in that the swordsman is in a full somersault while attacking.
Ryūsōsen (Dragon's Nest Strike)
The "Dragon's Nest" is a rapid-strike technique which deals a flurry of successive blows at god-like speed. At best a rapid strike of 5 blows are dealt usually to major organs or limbs to do great damage to a foe.
Ryūsōsen ~ Garami (Dragon's Nest Strike ~ Strangle)
The "Garami" is Ryūsōsen targeting a specific area of the adversary’s body, usually the head.
Kuzu Ryūsen (Nine-headed Dragon )
The “Nine-Headed Dragon” is a formidable technique which utilizes Shukuchi to the fullest extent; dealing nine strikes to the most fundamental parts of an enemies body all at the same time. So with the Kuzu Ryūsen, attacking all nine all at once, guarding and dodging becomes virtually pointless. Unlike the multiple strike attack, Ryūsōsen, all nine strikes of the Kuzu Ryūsen carry lethal force.
Shukuchi (Reduced Earth)
Utilizing the enhanced strength of his nanomachines, Lawliet is able to move at speeds of around 50 miles per hour in what may seem like a mere instant. It gives the opponent the impression that the very earth between them has been reduced.
Ka Ryu Sen
A technique which utilizes Shukuchi [Reduced Earth] to quickly sheath the katana creating a near silent sound that can deafen a nearby opponent. Excellent in the use of infiltration.
Genjutsu:
Due to the sharingan present in his eyes, Lawliet is able to bring a person under an illusion of his choosing at will by a simple look at the eyes or even a feint movement of the hands. However any genjutsu that is placed can not cause physical harm to a person, though it may seem to effect a person physically.
Satsujin[Murder]- A custom genjutsu known only to Lawliet. Should anyone look at any part of Lawliet's face while he performed the jutsu, the victim would find themselves in a dimension of suspended time. From here, the victim will be able to see and hear perfectly, but would find their own bodies suspended in time. They would see themselves moving much slower than usual, all the while Lawliet seems to be moving faster than reality. The user however can move about freely. The jutsu only lasts for nothing but two seconds, allowing Lawliet advance towards his opponent for a last blow. If the victim happens to be looking at Lawliets Sharingan eyes while he performs the technique, they would succumb severe mental pain as well as the inability to move for two seconds.

Talents:
Lawliet has the ability to manipulate sound waves utilizing the electricity his body can generate. This sound is used as a weapon or it can be used to send a person under a genjutsu. However any genjutsu placed upon the person by using sound, the genjutsu becomes slightly weaker than if the person just looks at his eyes.
