The last day of school
I knew it would come
I never thought I would ever
Be with it done
And here I am sitting
In my house all alone
The same with my friends
Who for a little time I've known
Some of us are leaving
Some of us to stay
And here we are grieving
For the end of the day
For so many memories
I have made at the best
And all them stretch
From recess to test
And all I can think
Is all I have gone through
I never thought it will
Ever end to
This last day
This last hour
This last moment
Like a wilting flower
And so I say goodbye
To school at end
But I will always know
Forever we'll be friends

This is a poem I created for, you guessed it, school's end. Today was the last day and I've only been to my school for one year, (Okay, I was there for SK, but that's it!) and I've made so many great friends, I never thought it would end, and that I would be moving on . But it all happened, many of my good friends are leaving for other roads and I'm kind of alone.
But I'll look at the bright side and see that I have their e-mail addresses! Haha, and phone numbers!
