She was looking at me with guilty eyes. I never noticed their color. Brown. Not plain, more like a . . . . I spent a few moments trying to find the right word, but I never did.

She's biting her lip now, chewing on the bottom one, leaving teethmarks on them.

" Lip gloss taste good?" I asked sarcastically.

But she didn't answer.

Then . . . .

" I don't . . . ," I was suprised. Sae never faltered when she talked. Then she stood up, walked over, and brushed her lips against mine.

Whoops.

It was electric, but I pushed her away anyways, wiping my mouth with the back of my hand. She had a hurt and angry look in her eyes. My fault. My fault. I stopped scrubbing my lips, and gaped at her.

" WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!"

" Sorry, accident," Sae muttered, and turned around, and ran.

P A N ! C A T T H E D ! S C O !!!

I watched him stare at me, his gray eyes huge. He's wiping his mouth now. Like I did something horrible. His cinnamon colored hair is mussed, clinging to his neck and cheeks. I continue to watch, feeling a sort of despair welling up inside of me. Aerick doesn't say anything, but now that his lips are rubbed numb, I don't know what to say.

It was just a joke, just a dare my friends made me do.

" Sorry . . . accident," I muttered, and got up, walking away. I hoped he would call for me.

But he didn't.
