New 'n excited
HI!
I'm a n00b!
To this site anyways. No, i'm not a REAL n00b.
I generally don't spam, i do flame though, but only on my friends' forum biggrin

But that aside, i like the site. I like the utter "advancedness" of the amount of.....
That sentence is a bit flooky. No, lot's of details to fill. Pretty nice!
Yes, hmmm wel... That's enough about the site, onto computergames!

Let's start with two worlds shall we?
Two worlds is what oblivion SHOULD have been, in my opinion. I really like the concept of a beautiful world, with great graphics, Fully motion captured fighting (what oblivion lacked frankly),open ended gameplay (ranging from rogue's, to fighters, to mages. Hot female rogues FTW!!!), Women that actually look pretty! (Oblivion problably had the ugliest women ever conceived by Human/imperial/dunmer/orc/elven/altmer/redguard or any other race. (i'm not even going to think about a Khajiit or an argonian, Those nonsense race should be removed) And honestly, it should be possible to get a boy/girlfriend and have a "nice night" with them. I really don't need to REALLY see anything happen. Just that they talk about it, or stuff like that. I have different games if i need to let go of some stress. Yes, i'm really looking forward to next friday. There will also be a limited royal edition that i'm going to buy. It features a nice Dagger (which will be known henceforth as a letter opener to escape europe's arms law.) A sweet two worlds t-shirt. It also features a large map of the game world. It also has a standard card game with it, but they all look like two worlds characters! A large book, as a manual. A bonus making-of DVD, and an OST and stuff like that.
With that much stuff with one game, i'd be really happy if the game itself even works. I'd pay the 65 euro's for just all of that, minus the game!

Well, honestly. I don't really care in what kind of format the OST of the game would be when i install it on my PC, i'd be able to decode it anyway, and h4x0rz the archives that would contain stuff like that. (omg, nerd)

Well, moving on. Neverwinter Nights 2.
I really like the dungeons and dragons stuff, the constant dice stuff is really awesome!
But the game itself is a piece of beauty, might i add. The storyline is a magical one, unlike some RPG's, you'll get really close to some companions, but in the process, you might hurt someone else (mentally). Playing the game is never REALLY boring, but playing the game for more than 5 hours in one play can get.... Repetive. Which is also why i bought Jade empire (yes, you've got it. I really buy PC games that are awesome, and deserve my respect!) But generally, playing the game more than once is not really boring, but more like making other choices, in the same places. It's always fun to have choices. The choice to choose between the response. "that was a nice practice bout" and "man, you REALLY suck at fighting!" Ah, the choices. Of course, there is always consequence. Man, consequence really sucks. Well, it mostly does, AND YOU KNOW IT! Ever had parents? Yeah, like i said. Consequence, it sucks. In this game, it's the same. You'll keep gettin' bitched at by your "lawful good" teammates for doing something evil, whilst earning approval from your "better" friends. Not that i don't like that kind of stuff, it's really nice. But i kinda-sorta liked that female rogue neeshka, she had... Horns. Traces of demon blood, and stuff. She has one of em purple tailes too! And red eyes. Some people think that kind of thing is disgusting. I simply find it, Kinky. (uhm, yes. That means i like it, the pervert that i am smile I just seem to like evil, maybe it's the danger, or the predatory sensuality? How could i ever know. More importantly, Why would i want to? As long as i like it, no biggie right? Why would YOU even care? Well, in any case. This game's certainly worth the money. The limited edition of Neverwinter Nights 2 (i bought the chaotic evil edition, stupid me. I'm always lawful good, and i like to be that way!)
Features: The game: neverwinter Nights 2 (duh), Neverwinter Nights 1, Plus the expansion "the hordes of underdark" and "the shadow of undrentide", if my mind isn't playing tricks on me again, i told him to stop that. It also features a nice artwork book... Wel, a lil' book in any case. The kind of art you get differs between the lawful good and chaotic evil versions. I like mine better than the lawful good one though. Because of the succubus (that's a lust spirit, ladies and not-so gentleman) that just look friggin' hot. You'll get a small plastic figurine of a mountain troll in the chaotic evil version, and a nice little figurine of a strange looking human (a paladin i'm guessing). There is also a nice little ring that says either "lawful good" or "chaotic evil" The one that says chaotic evil is a bit more dim than the lawful good one though. And a pretty ugly folded map of the game world. Collectors SHOULDN'T get this one, but the normal edition of NWN2, and the DIAMOND edition of NWN1, which features A LOT of extra stuff and modules.
Both games have a nice toolset, pretty easy to use if you're a normal person. Not if you're a spamming n00b. (i make games, music, video's, video editing, photo editing ETC. lots of stuff with audio too. So i can easily learn this too!) Which combines for 100+ Hours of fun gameplay. (i've also kept a diary in that game, using the notes panel. If you want, i could make a character for you, if you email me. I like doing that kind of stuff, i'll post the diary later)

Still not asleep? Well then, let's go on with: Jade Empire!
Jade Empire was first an xbox exclusive game, after 1 year of waiting, and spending the rest of the time searching the old voice actors and stuff, and then 2 months of making extra content. It features a bunch of new fighting styles, a few extra levels i think... And new controls, updated graphics blah blah blah.....
Well, anyways. I'll basically explain the concept of this RPG.
You fight with a fighting style, there are multiple kinds of fighting styles.
There is martial, weapon, magic, transformation and support.
Martial styles, are styles in which you use your hands to deliver direct damage towards your foes, this requires no chi or focus to maintain. Examples are: "iron palm" and "white demon". Weapon styles are self explanatory, but they use focus in order to keep their killing power at maximum level. examples are: "staff" and "double sabers" Magic utilizes your chi to control the elements, and fuel powerful magic attacks, examples are: "dire flame" and "stone immortal". Transformations utilize your Chi to transform yourself into demons and other foes you have faced before. examples are: "toad demon" and "jade golem". Support styles are styles that are used to slow, paralyze or otherwise hamper your foes. examples are: "spirit thief" and "paralyzing palm".
That covers the basics of fighting. Each style has 1 standard combo, one power attack and one area attack. You can use your chi to power up your martial styles even further.
When you have gained enough EXP. to level up, you can choose to gain a rank in either body, spirit or mind. Body is for warriors and governs the skills; "charm" and "intimidate" Spirit is used for monks (spellcasters) and governs the skills "intuition" and "intimidate" Mind is used for Ninja's (we all know what ninja's are, don't we?) and governs the skills "charm" and "intuition". The skills are used to emulate a persons feeling of you using one of the three skills. As such, they are used in conversations.
The only way to make yourself stronger is to increase your fighting styles with skill points. There are 3 standard choices to choose from with each type of style. I'm not going to name them, cuz i don't know all of them. But there isn't really an attribute that increases damage or something. This game is a hack&slash RPG BTW, not turn based or anything. That's where final fantasy X-2 jumps in, god i love that game. (you can see it, can't you. I'm an RPG addict) Another special edition that i bought. The jade empire special edition is encased in a beautiful metal box, that scratches TOO easily ;( There is a included artwork book, and a not-that-pretty poster. The worst special edition i bought so far. The game itself is awesome though. I'd advise anyone to play this game. Besides, if your charm skill is high enough, some of your partymembers might start hitting on you, and if you've been treating them nicely. Seems that saving the world is a real turnon with chicks. I should try that too sometime....

Well, i think you've read enough, and i've typed enough. I'm going to play HL2's smod now. I thank you for reading. And remember, N00bs Will be punished!
Have a nice day, and don't buy two worlds, cuz i'm already going to biggrin
