Personality:
One might say that Rika is "a b***h"; She's mean, cruel, nosy and loves to poke fun at people and tease them about their social lives, and love lives. Her horrible temper doesn't help her any, and the fact that an angry Rika is a violent Rika who will beat you silly until something clicks and she becomes a "normal" Rika again. The girl has a sharp tongue and tends to be very stubborn and secretive about her feelings, yet demand that she knows everything going on with others...

That's how it usually is.
As she gets older, Rika softens in some places and gets wore in others. Her "true colors" begin showing more and more as she ages; the side of her that is terrified of being alone but is also afraid of getting herself attached to people that will soon be taken from her anyways. Rika wants to help everyone she can and would sooner sacrifice herself than let an innocent person die, a personality factor that, combined with her stubbornness, gets her into a lot of trouble. She struggles to be a loner and aims not to burden people, but it usually just doesn't work out.
But getting older also makes her more stubborn and shy/secretive about her true feelings, but a bit less nosy.
History:
The "classic" set-up; her dream of being a State Alchemist is stopped by her parents, who, as doctors, don't approve of the Military after witnesses the Civil War. When Stubborn Little Rika decides to go for the title anyways, she has to change her last name and is basically disowned by her family.
Rika often returns to her parents' home to stare and wish they'd let her in, but never gets the courage to apologize and ask they don't disown her. When she becomes a military Cadet, Rika starts distancing herself from her family until, by the time she's seventeen, she's decided going back is a lost cause.
In most RPs, Rika tries to tag along with the Elric Brothers, hoping they'd accept her as a sister.

As Rika gets older, she grows out her hair. By the time she's a State Alchemist (16 1/2) it's in a ponytail and much longer.

She specializes in Healing Alchemy that helps speed up recovery, usually costing Rika a small chunk or her own health, but not much. Her sword has Alchemy on it so it becomes "as hot as Hell Fire" when she fights with it. Rika also drabbles in other Alchemy for self-defense
Personality:
Rika is very quiet. She comes off as mean and rude because she has very bad people skills. Usually, she curls up with an alchemy book and tries to improve her healing abilities. If you get to know her, you may find that she is very kind and loving, just has a hard time showing it. She's innocent and childish and quite naive, giving her childish vibe if you get to know her well.
Her voice is low but can become very high and squeaky when she's flustered.
History:
At a young age of thirteen, Rika started to perform Alchemy for her family to raise their spirits when they thought all hope was lost. Her mother was dying of a mysterious disease and Rika had her heart set on curing it. Though Rika never cured her mother's disease, seeing as her mother died a year later, she develop a healing method at the remarkable age of fourteen. Rika was able to heal wounds with Alchemy using blood and, sometimes, tears. The trick got her recognition among her small community, since those around her mistook this trick for Godly healing.
Rika struggled to try and cure diseases with Alchemy, but in the end, the community lost hope in her and Alchemy when she couldn't do anything. When their feelings for Alchemy turned into hate for Alchemists, Rika fled her home so no hate would be directly violently against her father.
At the age of sixteen, Rika became known as the Hell Angel Alchemist instead of just the Angel Alchemist when she joined the military, so she'd have money and a better study environment. Her first military job involved murdering many 'rebellious' civilians. At this point, Rika changed her last name from "Dawn" to "Moonlite" so her father would not be traced and connected to her new bloody life.
Now eighteen, Rika continues her lonely study of Alchemy. However, she believes Alchemy should not be used to harm others, so has taken up a sword to skillfully defend herself should be need to. She hopes to leave the military and start a new life elsewhere.
