The Outsiders.
[They] call [you] sexay,
And [you] don't care what [they] say,
'Cause every time [ya] turn around [they] screamin' [yer] name~

Okay, recently, for english class I read and watched The Outsiders.
It's a great book and movie.
And it's sad.
I feel bad for Johnny, he didn't deserve to die after being a hero.
Sorry if this spoiled some of you.

I especially loved that poem, Nothing Gold Can Stay.

"Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay
."

I think this means that nothing golden, that's perfect, beautiful the greatest can stay forever. Like a beautiful flower that blooms in the spring will die away when the cold from the winter, or warmth from the summer comes along. That you should spend whatever you have left to it's fullest, because we don't know what will happen next, it's impossible to hold on to that something forever.

I really love that poem, it has a lot of meaning to it.
Should I really spend my life being scared of every possible thing?
Should I really spend my time worrying over my doubts?
Should I really spend my mornings, wondering what the dreams I keep getting, could've meant?

Well, I'm off to school now. See you all soon.
