Meh.
* Name: Alphonse Rudrough
* Mode of Combat: Swordplay and electrical control.

Swordsmanship:Alphonse is very proficient in the use of both one handed and two handed swords. This allows him to use his b*****d sword in either one or two hands, and allows him to keep better grip and control of his weapon.

Electricity:By drawing the natural electrical charge of the air into his body Alphonse may focus this power into a variety of abilities. He is resistant to many small electrical shocks as a result.

Hobby:Reading, going to the movies, walking at night, tournament fighting.
Personal Treasure: A golden pocket watch, it was one of the prizes he received after winning his first tournament.

Weakness in Battle:

Past wounds:While Alphonse may be recovered enough to return to fighting he is by no means full healed. During battle any wounds or attacks made against his upper torso have a greater effect, causing him increased pain and even internal damage if the attack is powerful enough.

Speed:Alphonse, while not the slowest of fighters, lacks speed in both the feet and of the blade. While not a crippling loss of speed, it could most defiantly be a problem against faster fighters.

Equipment:

b*****d sword:A well crafted polished steel b*****d sword, this sword can be used by Alphonse in either one or two hands effectively. While technically able to be used in two hands, there is only space on the hilt for one hand and half of another, which has lead for this particular style of sword to often be called a hand and a half sword.

Chest armor:A set of ring mail which is both light and flexible, this armor gives small protection on the upper chest against slashing attacks. Under the rings are soft leather paddings, so as to offer the wearer no discomfort while still being able to have total upper body movement. Covers the upper chest.

Clothing(as in what would be carried into combat):
A pair of worn Blue jeans
White socks
Black Tennis shoes
A brown leather belt
A plain white t-shirt(under the ring mail)
A Worn brown bomber jacket(over everything else)

Assorted personal effects including a wallet, keys, and a cell phone.
Abilities:

Electrical control:By controlling the charged air around him, Alphonse may take an electrical charge out of the air around him and harness it for his own purposes, all of which he uses while fighting. He can have a maximum of five charges at any given time, building one charge per post.

Electrical barrier:1 charge:By releasing stored electrical energy Alphonse may project a field of magnetically aligned electricity around him, stopping metallic objects moving at moderate speeds from touching him. This field however is not very powerful, and can only stop low to moderately powerful metal objects/projectiles.

Magnetic blade:2 charges:By focusing electrical power into his own blade Alphonse may magnetize it. This magnetic charge is enough to pull in small loose metal objects up to about the size of a lighter. The attraction is strong, but objects may be forced apart if enough force is applied. This field may be nulled whenever Alphonse stops focus the energy into his blade(at will really).

Electric blast:3 charges: Alphonse may focus his stored electrical energy and release it from any point on his body in the form of a blast of electric energy similar to one touching exposed wiring with a metal object. While far from lethal, this force can also be compared to getting shocked from a taser.

(passive)Jumpstart:4 charges needed or does not activate:If Alphonse should for any reason be knocked out or his heart should stop he will lose control of the stored energy in his body. However should enough of this energy be released(namely four charges or more) it has a chance to jumpstart him back to the waking world. There is a 20% chance this will work, with nothing happening if the other 80% happens. To determine if this works one rolls a 10 sided die, on 9-10 he wakes up, anything else he remains out cold.

Lightning bolt:4 charges:By focusing even more power Alphonse may produce a physically visible bolt of pure electrical energy, which he may attempt to hit his opponent with if he fires it at them. This force is comparable to to small bolt of actual lightning, with about 10,000 volts of electrical force. The heat on contact of such a blast is about 5'000 degrees Celsius, or about the temperature of the sun. Despite being lightning though this does not possess the speed, and can be avoided if seen by a person with any sort of reflexes.

Chain lightning:5 charges:A more powerful lightning bolt is discharged, at almost double the power of Alphonse's lightning bolt ability. This means it has an electrical current of about 20'000 volts, enough to stop a human heart if contact is made ungrounded, with a heat of about 10'000 degrees Celsius, or twice the heat of the sun. This electrical shock and burst of heat are nearly instantaneous though, and will not simply fry a person on contact. It is like a normal human being struck with an above average powered actual bolt of lightning. The only thing different about this ability is that it will jump from person to person if more than one target is available, up to five people. Once this ability is used Alphonse may not charge electrical charges for the rest of the match, as the stress on his nervous system from using this ability places him in danger of frying his own systems.
