Personality:He is only serious when he has something to protect or when it's an inconvenience to what he is currently trying to do. He easily forgets those who do now stand out, but strange enough he can memorize moves after seeing them twice so that he can counter them. He has a very long-temper.

Appearance: His height is around Six feet Eight inches.

Abilities: He has keen senses, fast reflexes, and the ability to think ahead
Abilities 1: Zero Stance: (out of weapon form only): Takes a normal standing stance that makes his moves unpredictable.
Abilities 2: Soul Blade: A blade the color of white is formed from the soulwaves of the meister.
Abilities 3: Zerosen: A quick cut ment to precisely take them down.
Abilities 4: Soul Disrupt: Inserts own wavelength into their system to stop their wavelength attacks for three posts.

ultimate attack& form1: Moon blade, Absolute territory: The soul blade takes on the color of the moon. The meister or ends out quick unseen attacks in a precise area. 10 attempts to cut them per post if in range. If there is no target nearby the cuts can be changed so they send shockwaves to attack from afar. Up to 5 waves can be sent in one post.

Character History:For the first 17 years of his life he had lived upon an island with no contact with the outside world. His father had been exiled there due to his actions. There on that island he was trained on how to be a good weapon and was taught that a weapon's ultimate purpose is to defend it's master. He never had to take much time learning moves since he simply memorized it on the second time seeing it. He learned how to disrupt someone's soul waves by getting attacked by the same move twice. On the third time he countered the movement and used his own soul blade to disrupt their soul and then take them down easily with a cool finisher move that I won't really elaborate on. On his sixteenth year his father died during a trainning session and his last words were for him to leave the island. He was hesitant about doing it for a year but he finally left when he was seventeen. Since he had never seen civilization or any other people besides his sister and father, He had no clue who was what and where anything was. For the past two years he had been wondering from place to place learning all of the basics for survival in this world till he finally came to shibusen

Likes:Water, Any Sort of fishing, others being hurt (not by him), Killing kishin.
Dislikes:Lying, Kishin, Rain, Letting others die.
Personality:Laid-back and mellow, Kiku enjoys being friendly and polite to strangers and friends alike. At the same time, Kiku's bluntness on certain subjects may come off rude, although he means no offense when he says something. Generally, Kiku is fairly submissive and follows orders or let people do as they please and is difficult to provoke and irritate. Almost always optimistic, Kiku is always smiling and finds a particular amusement in gently teasing others.
Though, Kiku has a terrible habit of lying to which he finds very displeasing as being honest is decidedly more hospitable. Furthermore, Kiku may not be quite so kind as he may appear as he doesn't forget when people slight him (though whether this can be considered a grudge or not is debatable) and derives some sadistic pleasure in watching people suffer. The reason why he might let people do as they please, in spite of what may happen, is possibly because he's looking forward to seeing those people crash and fall. But of course, that's only a surmise.
In any event, though, Kiku has a strong sense of responsibility and when he feels he needs to give someone compensation, that is the one time he becomes obstinate.
Other: Kiku keeps his eyes closed for one reason or another. The only time they ever open would be when it's raining and he's alone. In spite of it being just another form of water, Kiku is not fond of rain. He also doesn't smile when it rains, unless there's someone else with him.
Oddly, Kiku takes some pride in that he can pretend to be a convincing woman....

This is the hook on the pole.
The hook can change to other sizes.
Weapon form 2:

Pole and anchor combined is around eight feet. not including chain


Abilities:
Abilities 1:Soul Weaved String:The fishing line of the pole is created from magnified soul waves. It is very difficult to break. It can be used to tie up the target. The length can be controlled as needed.
Abilities 2:Heave Ho sad for second weapon form) Storing a small amount of energy in the end of the spear. A small explosion is created and launches the anchor at the target at a high speed.
Abilities 3: Hook 'em:The target is snagged and can be thrown or if they are tied up they can be simply dragged.
Abilities 4: Thunder clap sad for second weapon form) The anchor is swung around on it's chain around in the air while soul waves are stored in it. It is then brought down with such force that it can crush the enemy or it can use the stored soul waves to generate an explosion to at the very least knock them away.

Character History:A member of a nomadic theater troupe, Kiku spent the majority of his life on boats, jumping from one region to the next, one city or village to the next, to perform. The troupe, consists of various wanderers and vagabonds that it has picked up along the way and never settles down in one place for long, so one might be able to say the troupe is a mobile village.
Before reaching the age of 13, Kiku typically helped as a stage hand and constructing props or, sometimes, acting a child's part. After his 13th birthday, Kiku was given more active parts in performances, and frequently received the roles of women...
When he's not rehearsing or helping out with prop, Kiku either fishes or sits around and watches the other Water Adepts practice their art. Occasionally, some of the adepts will take time out of their day to teach Kiku basics movements and form, as well as whatever else they figured useful for the boy, like martial arts or cooking... or how to put on make-up properly or sew clothes.
While on the way to the next location, tragedy struck in the form of a storm. The entire troup was destroyed leaving him floating along on a few pieces of wood. He ended up near a settlement and stayed there for awhile. The village was attacked by pirates and pillagers often so he had plenty of battle trainning. He quickly learned how to make the blade of his hook appear as his hand and make a long string.
One day a lowly kishin came to the village while he was out in the waters fishing. He only noticed when he looked in the direction of the village and noticed pillars of smoke. He hurried back but he was too late, the onlything left alive was the kishin. In rage he beat it to a pulp and decapitated it with his newly formed bladed anchor form. He made gravemarkers for all of the villgers who died and left for shibusen.
