Ink on the Wall
Not your normal everyday scribbles....
Jumping Ahead...
Yeah, I was inspired. And bored. And the two mixed together usually create something or other. This is it...

Jaime practically screeched from her post. The tango was arranging himself for a clear shot. Some instinct screamed at her to take the shot. Guys, get whoever the hell you want out now. she said, her voice uncommonly level and flat. She wasn't taking another minute to screw up this mission. She was positive and wasn't going to wait for Locke's approval. She trusted her, and her trigger finger was getting ichy.

Jaime didn't wait for any agreement, the tango was reaching behind his jacket for his weapon, Jaime's god-like eyes had spotted it only a few seconds before by a lucky chance. She took half a second to aim and pulled down on the trigger, a bullet flying down and hitting her mark square between the eyes. A shot in a million. Cheering internally for the marksmanship, she looked around. It couldn't wait. she explained to them, looking in the scope again to see pandemonium break out as the man fell to the floor, dead. The people scattered and Jaime nodded at her good work.

A shot errupted from another rooftop and she swore violently. Those bastards were not there three minutes ago. she broadcasted. Locke, I hope you can get through the paperwork that is going to come of this. she told her, ripping her rifle off of the stand and tearing the scope off. She wouldn't need it.

Another shot fired towards her, this one a helluva lot closer to its target. Jaime opened fire upon the tangos, shooting them dead without a second's hesitation. They fell from view and she sighed, glad that she hadn't been forced to take more causualties. She looked around to double check her work and found each of the rooftops now had two to three tangos each. Oh holy hell. were the only words she spoke, ducking beneath the lip of the wall.

"Get them out NOW!" she roared to the team through both her SD and outloud. She could care less if the people below heard her, other things just so happened to be on her mind right now. Bullets soared over her head and cut into the concrete. Jaime reloaded her gun and pulled one of her craziest stunts ever. Jaime moved so her back was to the wall and she rumaged around in her pocket and found what she was looking for. A mirror. She held it up and positioned it so she could see one of the rooftops without showing her body to them. She tipped her rifle her rifle over the edge and took aim. Gods she hoped this work.

The girl pulled the trigger several times in succession, aiming for the tangos. From what she saw in her mirror, two of the three had dropped below sight. Dead. She grinned and began to fight back. The third dropped after another two bullets and she heard one of the other teams swearing that they had others on their asses. If only, she thought, and crawled to a different position on the roof, covered by a well positioned vent. She peeked around it, finding a group of tangos on another roof, not watching her. She took careful aim and within a matter of seconds, they were gone. Probably dead or bleeding to a quick death.

Two were left and a bullet came too close for comfort. She slipped behind the vent again and another punched through the thick material. Her gaze slightened to a glare and she kicked up into full out sniper mode, blocking everything out except for her mission.

She wasn't recklass to a point of stupidity, but she wasn't about to let those assholes come away with their lives. Her eyes narrowed and she stood. She popped out and pumped out the rest of the round, the two men falling without even firing back upon her. She fell back again, taking a moment to breathe. Somehow, there were still tangos around, even though she thought she had gotten them all. Jaime growled, her niceties spent for the day. Bring it on, you ********] she said into her SD unconciously.

The girl snuck around the corner again and shot at them, killing one. Oh it's on. she said, her voice low. "Take that," she said, her finger extremely trigger happy. She hit him the first time, but let another three bullets grace his face and smear blood across it as he fell. Before another second went by and any more tangos could find her, she looked over the edge of the building and grinned. Clear shot. Locke, I hope these augmentations really are steel, she laughed, hopping over the side of the building and crashing into the sidewalk twenty or so floors below her. The concrete cracked under her feet and large cracks formed around her. She was perfectly fine, but the people who had watched her drop were looking at her as if she was perfectly mad. Which some would probably call her after that stunt.
